Dr. Heather Anne Hanley

My child spent almost an entire year in the hospital for misc. medical needs. We encountered Dr. Hanley towards the end of our stay and her ability to work well with others, listen to the parents who know her best, or respecting her colleagues. She was on our case for about a week and it ended up costing my child several more weeks in the hospital due to her poor decision making and not listening to others input on my daughters case. We actually fired her from our case but she refused to hand our case to the other physician on floor. It was a horrendous experience and I would do everything in my power to never put my child’s health in her hands again.
