Dr Davids is a very caring doctor. She took the time to listen to me and gave me great advise, Her understanding about what I was going through was such a relief to me. she got me pain free for the first time in months . Thank you!!!

She listened about a medication I use off label that is effective for me. She really seems invested in securing this medication for me. I've been happy with every conversation we've had about my condition.

Dr. Heather Daivds; I've been in pain since my early twenty.When I broke my ankle. She seems to understand my issues. She has been low my pain over the months. I would RECOMMEND her to anyone. Who is in pain? I would recommend Dr. Davids to anyone.

Dr. Davids has been very professional during every one of my visits with her. It was recommended by my prior physician to seek assistance from a pain management specialist for a labral tear (hip). After searching online, I found Dr. Davids and am very pleased with how much she cares about reducing my level of pain. Dr. Davids worked with me to better understand what I was experiencing. That is, she asked me detailed personal lifestyle questions about activities that had an effect on my pain (my work, my hobbies, my posture when sitting, my daily activities that were challenging, etc). Even with a similar condition, each patient will experience different levels of pain depending upon their personal lifestyle; I am thankful that Dr. Davids appreciates that.

Dr. Davids was very aloof and didn't listen to my concerns. We had shared 1 video appointment before this and she asked several questions but I guess she didn't make any notes. She reviewed the MRIs my primary physician had ordered and deemed them normal but didn't discuss with me. She asked questions that didn't seem pertinent and didn't explain why. She suggested my problem could be carpal tunnel which is pretty far fetched. She didn't seem to care at all. She referred me to an Osteopathic Medicine MD who one day later sent back a message to her office that he was not accepting new patients. One week later her office had not notified me. Had I not called that doctor's office I might have waited forever. I don't recommend her.

Dr. Davids has been very helpful in helping me create a new team to manage sometimes severe chronic pain that I have lived with for over 20 years. I came to her office following a horrifying experience with a very unprofessional pharmacist who refused to work with the highly respected orthopedic surgeon who had treated me for many decades. Dr. Davids presented a straightforward approach to finding a solution for my presenting challenges. She demonstrated an empathic, thoughtful approach to a complicated problem and outlined data driven options for me to consider. She is willing to work collaboratively with other members of my medical team. I am thankful to have connected with her.

Dr. Heather R. Davids has been a godsend for me. I have been in severe pain the past 10 years in my lower back caused by nerve damage. Additionally, I have been under treatment for Rheumatoid Arthritis for 44 years. Until I met Dr. David’s my experience with pain specialists was routine by the book conversations and why pain medication was’t a solution. There was little talk about lifestyle changes except for exercise recommendations. She came to the rescue in a very professional and compassionate way after my primary Dr. dropped the ball & discontinued a medication I had taken w/success for 25 years for my six back herniations. She read my CT, discussed my care plan and restored my pain relief treatment. Within 2 days I felt tons better now after 2 months I am gardening and going to dental appts. I have a fairly rare genetic disorder characterized by chronic pain (EDS) that many of my doctors have never heard of, which is frustrating. Dr. Davids was worse- she said she had treated patients with my condition before, and that since I had done research and seen specialists that I should know there’s nothing she could do. (Not true.) I know there’s no cure. I wasn’t asking for medications or anything, just trying to increase my quality of life the little bit I can. This appt really hurt.

She looks for the reasons behind the pain and will try to help. She understands that we are people trying to work and live a productive life.

Dr. Davids is professional, helpful and caring! She worked with me to create a pain management plan that reduced the number of opioids I was taking to control my chronic pain. She is by far the best pain Doctor I've ever had.

I am posting this for my wife with her absolute approval..Dr Davids is without a doubt the very essence of the word, DOCTOR. She listens,discusses, and really cares about her patients. Dr. Davids is remarkable, which considered in the current medical environment makes her unique. This is my second 5-star review of her, and if allowed I would add more. I have had seven surgeries on my knees, based in part on three staph infections. In addition to that I am an adult patient of cerebral palsy which causes premature degeneration of the joints. I am mobile, but only because of the care and treatment of Dr. Davids. I cannot raise either of my arms above my elbows, and I feel as if I am turning to stone from my knees to my lower back. All I seek is mobility and pain relief. In concert with my primary care doctor, Dr. Christopher Olson, i am on her recommended plan of pain management and have been for years. I have several hours of mobility a day, and I am so thankful for it. I am thankful for her. I recently learned she is moving to a new practice, and I will follow her wherever she goes. My wife and I experienced the illness of a child, and we try to mean as much to others as the people who helped us during that time. Dr. Davids means that to me, and my gratitude cannot be expressed in words, because it is surpassed by feeling and emotion. She is compassionate, passionate, and she cares. Dr. Davids has been my chronic pain doctor for a few years now. Chronic pain has been with me for over 40 years, since I was hit by a drunk driver. I can honestly say that I have NEVER had better care from any doctor. She listens to me, she understands that I do NOT want to take meds, but in order to have a productive life, I must be as pain free each day as possible. I have been so impressed by how she understands, and treats me as an individual. (So many doctors do not). She works with me with the type and amount of meds I need, and is diligent about prescribing exactly the right thing. Dr. Davids and Staff are amazing! she has been treating me for almost 9 years for lower Chronic Back pain. I have found Dr. Davids approach quite refreshing in that she doesn't just tell you the same options for your condition that you can read online, but gives you alternate choices for helping improve your quality of life given your situation. She will actually look closely at your MRI's and knows what she is looking at vs just reading the write-ups you get from the radiologist, which personally I have found to be lacking. She is honest and direct, but in a caring way so you now exactly what you are dealing with and you can make the best choices for you. She actually understands that we are all different in how our bodies react to meds, massage, physical therapy, injections, and supports your decisions and will push the envelope to ensure many options are available for your choosing. I work with lots of MD's and I know for sure Dr. Davids is the type of doctor that tells you straight up answer and shows intrest and takes the time to hear you out. She is not pushing you to finish what you need to say. I am greatful to have had the opportunity to see her as one of my physician. With out a dought I would recommend my family member to see her and aslo Jaime Canaday PA that works with her, Jaime is a very nice and pleasant ,knowledgable PA very happy to have her also as my health provider. The Staff always pleasant and Sam the receptionist/auth coordinator work very hard to obtain my MRI auth and the auth for to see a Surgeon, can't beat that type of care. So with that being said if you do not like straight up answers then they are not the best doctors for you. You may need to go elsewhere to a provider that does not care for your health. Dr. Davids has been treating me for the past 15 months due to pain associated with a horrific car accident I was in. She is ALWAYS kind and compassionate. She ALWAYS takes the time to listen to me and then to thoroughly discuss all of my treatment options. I appreciate the fact that she doesn't just arbitrarily prescribe pain medication, as I believe doctors doing that is how the opiate epidemic started. The last thing I want or need is to get addicted to opiates. I had to take them for the first month after the accident but since then all of the alternative treatment she has suggested have helped to control my pain without them. I appreciate a doctor that is not only concerned about alleviating my pain but also very cautious about over-prescribing opiates, which could cause me even more problems. After many years of chronic back pain, I feel I have found a physician that is seriously looking for a solution. Heather Rachel Davids, MD is highly skilled and knowledgeable in her field. She is conscientious and thorough in administering injections in the back. Although subjecting to this process could be intimidating, her meticulous approach puts me at ease and leaves me filled with confidence in her abilities.

Before going to Dr. Davids, I read the reviews on health grades. She seems to be really liked or really disliked. Well, I went to her for a pain problem. I was not seeking unlimited opiods, I am not an addict. She seemed interested at first, but then as I explained my history, she showed less and less interest. She was quite dismissive at the end, making me feel quite small and unimportant. I will not return to her. If you have another choice, you might want to take it.

Dr. Davids is the sweetest, most caring, most competent doctor I have used in my 10-year, three state journey of pain management. She is never rushed, she listens, and suggests many different treatments. The staff is also incredible. They always say hi, are always pleasant, and I have never had to wait more than five minutes in the waiting room. When I read a bad review on here, I wonder what the real story is. Doctor shopping, maybe? If you are a legit pain patient, this is a stellar clinic.

Dr. Davids has been treating me for injuries I suffered in a car accident in 2016. She is always very kind and compassionate. I never feel rushed or that I am not important. She listens carefully and then discusses my options with me. She also helped my husband cope with pain associated with liver cancer before he passed away five years ago. Dr Davids is wonderful! She has been treating my chronic pain for several years. I can’t imagine how I’d manage day to day living without her care. Dr. Davids has been my doctor for years. My health issues to long to list. Dealing with chronic pain issues and what goes along with it is never easy To find a doctor, first of all that doesn't treat you like your looking for (drugs) medication. Let me explain what is so amazing about Dr. Davids. When I have an appt, first of all I'm not a number and Dr Davids has always treated me as a person. My pain level is controlled thanks to Dr Davids. Best doctor I've ever had and have

This woman is a narcissist. During my epidural consultation with her, I mentioned that I was concerned about my calf muscles atrophying due to my injury. She examined my calves and told me that she would be contacting my doctor about a treatment plan for me. The next day, my doctor phoned me to tell me that Dr. Davids informed her that she did not feel "comfortable" giving me an injection because I was so "upset" that my muscles had atrophied. This woman is dishonest and lacks empathy. Yuck!

I have seen Dr Davids twice. The first time I waited in he exam room for 45 minutes while her and her staff socialized in the hallway outside my room. When the doctor came in, she was short with me and rude. She told me that because I have Bipolar, she did not want to treat me. She said she wants to approve treatment with my doctor. I explained to her that my doctor is the one who sent me to her. She till does not want to treat me. I am going to my mom's doctor now, and finally getting help.

Dr. Davids is unpleasant and judgemental. The staff in her office always seem to be fearful and sometimes nasty. I like most of my Mercy doctors but this one is a jerk. I found a much nicer pain doc.

I am writing this under my husbands account. Dr. Davids understands and displays the complete definition of medical doctor. She is not just knowledgeable but takes the time to personalize your course of treatment and adjust as needed. She goes on to do something that you don't always see anymore and truly listens to what you are feeling. Using both her abilities as a doctor and the empathy of a great humanbeing she embodies Dignity Healths mantra 'Hello Humankindness'. Dr. Davids is by far the very best pain doctor I have ever been to in my 55 years of extreme pain. I've been seeing her for 5+ years and have complete and total faith in her. She's helped me manage my pain so well that I am actually functioning and living as close to a normal life as I believe is anywhere near possible for me. I have been seeing Dr. Davids for about two years now. She is an absolutely wonderful doctor! She is nice. She listens to her patients. If she denies a medication or something it is because she is looking out for her patient. I highly recommend Dr. Davids!!

I'm supposed to see Dr. Davids once a month. Her appointment schedule is always backed up for 6-8 weeks. Twice her office has had no record of my appointments and one appointment was cancelled without anyone informing me. When I can get an appointment she spends less than 5 minutes with me and then I spend 30 mins with a pain behaviorist, doing what amounts to a guided medication class. She seems like an OK Dr. but the plan of care is generic and not at all specific to me or my condition.

I have been a patent of hers for 7 yrs and I would not want anybody else . She is a very nice and kind person .. very professional. She knows how much pain I would be in if it was not for her .. I would be bed ridden 90% of the time so thanks doc...

Dr. Davids is incredible! She explains treatment options and test results very throughly and patiently. I feel like I have a caring partner in managing the pain that so impacts my life. She made some recommendations of what I could to help manage my pain, which was very helpful. She's the best - bar none.

She was dismissive to the point of being obnoxiosly rude. One would expect a doctor who specializes in providing pain relief to at the very least show a modicum sympathy for a patient presenting with a persistant, debilitating pain condition.She actually showed me the door when I described the post operative pain I had been suffering from from over 6 months. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR. You would be better off going to your dog's veterinarian. I received treatment from another pain specialist.

One of the most incredible physicians my husband Cisco and I have ever encountered. Dr Davids is awesome. It is not usual in my experience to find MD who listens to you. She knows what she is doing, she cares but she also has great integrity and a giod feel for how much intervention is right for you. She understands that pain stinks but meds can help but is always careful to understand a patient's side effects. The staff on Coyle ave where i usually see her is particularily nice.

Dr. Davis is an amazing caring doctor. This doctor listens to you and helps you understand why you have the pain and what can be done to help you regain a pain free life. I have not had one doctor over the last seven months who has taken the time to help me they just give me pain medication and send me on the way.

Dr. Davids was one of the best doctors I have seen in MANY years. She made time to listen, look at me and honor my preferences for treatment options. She was authentic in my desire to help me reduce my pain and didn't just write me up a prescription and send me along my way. I run a wellness center for cancer patients and will recommend her to ALL our patients!

Dr. Davids is very caring, listened to our concerns and very sympathetic towards my pain problems. I highly recommend her to anybody looking for a pain management care. Dr. Davids thank you for your support and for advocating for us! Tom

I have been seeing a variety of pain management specialists for over 25 years. All of the specialists that I have seen with Dignity Health have been very good. Dr. Davids is excellent. She is the best pain management specialist that I have seen in any of the medical plans and medical groups that I have been a part of. She is doing a better job of getting to the core of the issues while also treating the symptoms. She prescribes medications when appropriate, but is not a drug pusher.

I've been a patient of Dr. Davids for about 6 years now. And she's never been anything but AMAZING!!! Doctor's like her, that genuinely care, go above an beyond, and allow YOU to take an active roll in your own treatment plan, are harder & harder to come by these days. We established a great doctor/patient relationship very early on. I was referred to her for a chronic pain condition that I've had for nearly 9 years now If it weren't for her I would still be bed ridden & in agony. I LOVE HER!!!

I am so lucky to have a amazing pain management doctor. I went through many years where I was feeling like all my pain was in my head until I met Dr. David's. She listened to my problems and concerns and even dug into my past to get a full understanding of me. she did all the necessary blood work, bio feedback, medication, etc. to get me to the place I am today. I am forever grateful. You too must do the work, but together you can accomplish a road to healing. All I needed was someone to hear me
