I was looking for new Dr and I was recommend by a friend to Dr Jernazian . I am extremely grateful to be his patient He is very welcoming and puts you at ease with out any judgement. While I agree that the front desk employees at this location were the worst, I have to give Hayk the review he deserves. Hayk sees both my teenager and me in separate sessions since 2018. He has been pivotal in the emotional growth of my teenager. This is someone who was failing all 10th grade classes and has now been accepted to a UC. In addition, I no longer stress about toxic family members, she's learned how to set boundaries

The front desk lady is so rude that it makes you not want to see him! I don't think she realizes where she works. She doesn't respond to phone calls and she lies about his availability and then forces you to make appointments at random inconsistent times.

Anna the receptionist is very unhelpful.
