Horrible experience and I wasn't even the patient. I brought my elderly mother for an extraction. She was fearful and hesitant, but Dr. (CONTENT VIOLATION) didn't care. "What are we doing?!" were the first words out of his mouth on entering exam room. No introduction, no greeting, no attempt at understanding the situation or reading cues about a fearful patient. Brusque, abrupt, no bedside manner. My mother was very upset, but Dr. (CONTENT VIOLATION) didn't care.

This oral surgon told me He could for implants, so I had teeth extracted, then he said I was not a candidate for implants. Thanks for nothing, Dr. ___ (I can't print your name. It violated content guldelines.) Now I understand why he gets such bad reviews.

Today was the worst experience of my life.... this doctor is horrible, he’s staff is just as bad. I had a surgery that was for today I went in a few days ago for the consultation and had told his assistant everything from me not doing good with needles and not being able to take a certain type of pill etc. Number one why isn’t your assistant after taking all this information down telling you this. If your not gonna listen to them after taking instructions why do you have assistants? Number 2 he tries to proscribe me a pill that I told them I can’t have and he immediately jumps down my throat and says who? Who did you tell l? And I said your assistant when she was going over everything a couple of days ago? Not my problem you don’t wanna listen nor ask.... or even did this guy care. Go somewhere else!!!! Things were bad from the beginning and started with the insurance person not running a predetermination before my appointment. When I arrived, I was told extractions were covered at 100% and was not told I had any payment due. I later received a bill in the mail. When I stated this should have been disclosed to me at the time of service, she had a dismissive attitude and basically said it's my fault for not knowing what is covered. She had no understanding, and was very defensive. I wanted to go somewhere else, but since I had already begun the process with x-rays here, I decided to just go through with it. Then the procedure...it was absolutely awful. My wisdom teeth were not impacted so I was not given the option to be "put to sleep", but it was so hard for him to get them out, that afterwards he said they were worse than impacted teeth. I should have been put to sleep after the first one was so difficult to get out. I tried alerting him that he was leaning to hard on my bottom jaw and he kept on twisting and yanking. My recovery was rough. I had to have a 2nd follow up after I hadn't healed enough at the first one and I found the Dentist to be cold and distant. He does not have good communication skills and would barely address my questions/concerns. He enters the room, doesn't greet you or even say your name. It was a horrible experience. I took my son to have one impacted wisdom tooth removed. His surgery left him with visible bruises on his jaw and his face was swollen like a ballon for over week. I called the office back immediately after we got home because of the swelling, and they were very rude and claimed this was natural after surgery. I have never regretted any decision in my life more than making the mistake of taking him here. Never again. Avoid this practice like the plague. Now I know why they had an immediate opening. Visit went well.

Went to get extraction. Had to pay before I even met the Dr. He asked if I had questions when I was on the chair. My questions were answered with sarcastic answers. I decided I did not want him to perform surgery on me. I went to front desk to get my money back and my personal paperwork I had just filled out. I got my money back but he said my personal information is his now and he wouldn't give it back. How can this be? I would give 0 review.

the staff is rude, the doctor is rude, you have a question about the operation you JUST received, and they tell you to read a stupid piece of paper in which did NOT answer any of the questions you had, and then you call again so you dont have to speak to a voice machine, just to get a rude receptionist saying the doctor doesn't like calls after hours unless its a DIRE emergency, and how am i supposed to know what a “DIRE” emergency is when the one and only time IM getting this surgery is RIGHT NOW! there is no excuse to the lack of communication this office provides, especially when theyre ALL at the office “after hours”? like what are you possibly doing that requires so much of your attention AFTER HOURS rather than helping a concerned patient for a few minutes. I had the surgery 20 years ago, a lot of pain went with it but looked good up until now, just seems like my lips and jaw are not right.

Pay attention to what your insurance covers. This office will charge their own office fees even though they have an agreement with your insurance to accept a certain amount. The receptionist won't tell you this either. So unless you're checking they will keep the extra. I literally had to put it in writing to get my money back. My daughter had routine wisdom teeth extracted, I was very impressed with how efficient and organized everything was. They gave me very specific instructions while I was there and then also gave me specific instructions to take home for follow up care. Each step of what would happen was explained ahead of time.

Told me that difficulty swallowing and my face being so sore that I can not even touch it is normal after wisdom tooth extraction. Very upset with this level of care.

totally uncaring about pain management

Nice efficient work by the quite experienced surgeon. A yank was over in two minutes for me, no pain for me. Great support staff too.
