Dr.Schwartz. Is an amazing neurologist he has been treating my migraines for years and that is an excellent job knows where to put the Botox and I’m good for just a little shy under three months but that has nothing to do with him that’s just the Botox wearing off is kind caring considerate. He talks to his patients ask them if there’s any other problems and if he can help you out with the problems he’s at you’re having if he can take care of it he will suggest that if not I’ll tell you where to go to to take care of your medical problem I would recommend this doctor over any other neurologist I’ve seen in my lifetime and I’ve seen quite a few. He’s got excellent bedside manners and he really really cares about his patients. I’d recommend him to anyone in the Broward county area case he is awesome. Thanks Dr. You’re number one. I always have a great experience when i go to the office, the staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Schwartz is the best Doctor, i will not go to anyone else but him in my opinion i give him and his taff 100% the best

Dr schwarts is the best doctor, takes a lot of time to speak with you, extremely knowledgeable, always pleas6. His staff is amazing. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone looking for a neurologist

I’m relatively new to Dr Schwartz, but he seems very knowledgeable. He takes time to explain symptoms, possible treatments, and expected outcomes. And then patiently repeats as necessary ….???? He is reassuring for what is a very scary experience, without sugar-coating the possibilities and procedures. That said, I think the practice needs to invest in an upgrade of their phone system, and perhaps add front office help… it is ridiculously difficult to get through to any actual person on the phone, and the phone message options are woefully incomplete… I.e. no access to staff without going through a second messaging process. Once one finally gets to a live body, the system works fine, but getting there can send the blood pressure to dangerous levels… I’m relatively new to Dr Schwartz, but he seems very knowledgeable. I have been a patient of Dr. Schwartz for more than 5 years. He is not only a good neurologist but also a warm person who listens and really tries to help. I strongly recommend him.

EXCELLENT!!!!! Dr. Schwartz is so caring & explains my conditions so I can understand. He follow ups & that as a patient makes me feel so happy & comfortable knowing that this Dr. really CARES about me. My neurologist for life!!!

Dr. Harvey Schwartz is a caring doctor, attentive, compassionate and takes the time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatments options. I highly recommend him.

This was a very frustrating experience, I was a new patient and Dr. Schwartz explained everything that was going to be done during the EEG and I waited a long time for both of my appointments patiently. The day of my EEG the nurse technician was braking rules of HIPPA during my test by speaking about other patients information in front of me on the phone, had a computer screen with everyone's information on it, during my test. She had an attitude, she never explained what she was going to do, nor did she say when she was going to start the EEG and she did not do anything the Doctor had explained; it was a waste of my time. The office is very disorganized and I spoke with a manager who said would call me back rescheduling my appointment to a sooner date and never did. I had to cancel my last appointment for my results which was going to be via zoom because the doctor was unavailable and last minute they told me they needed another referral after I've been waiting for two months for this

In office service was fine, but once you leave you are literally on your own. Been trying to get any one on the phone for weeks without success. It's just horrible. When you call their number which is 954 981 3850 you will never be able to get an actual person on the phone at all. Try it for yourself. Just an eternal auto loop answering service.

You just cannot get a person on the phone ever!!! While my office experience was fine. After that it has been horrible!!! I just need to be able to speak to someone and the answering service only takes me in an eternal loop. This is awful!! Seems

I think Dr. Schwartz is excellent. Honest and caring, has a wonderful bedside manner. Told me everything and answered any questions I had. I trust him and believe me you have to hunt for that. Thank you ! His staff was very good also.

I appreciate reviews from other patients????Today was my first visit with Dr. Schwartz and I highly recommend him! He took his time, asked important questions and gave me time to respond. I did not feel rushed which I have felt in other offices. The staff was friendly and caring. 6 stars????????????

they put me on hold and never came back on the line. Maria is super rude and doesnt have customer service skills.

Went to this office once last year, spoke with Dr. Schwartz about all my concerns and the issues I was having, he said I should have an MRI. I was told by the front desk at checkout that someone from the hospital would call me to schedule. Several months later and several voicemails left with his nurse/office...never heard from them again. Nobody returned any of my multiple phone calls. Never heard of such a thing in all my life. I like Dr. Schwartz. He did some test on me a while back and he was very good, so I recommended him to my husband. Today when we went the wait was for over two hours and we could not stay that long due to work. My husband waited for a long time, in pain, for this appointment. We are not coming back.

The Scheduling Lady was rude and condescending. She wouldn't let me schedule an appointment, because another office had already had me on their schedule. I will never go back to this facility.

The address is wrong on the page, and they happen to be open on Thursday. I lost my appointment because of that and when I called to reschedule they gave me another one 2 month ahead. Horrible service and wrong information.

Let me start this off by saying I enjoyed Dr. Schwartz as a doctor and would recommend his personal service but my experience with his staff and their ability to coordinate and create appointments is atrocious. I have spent the past 2 months dealing with a serious nerve issue in my head and neck and after my first attempt of getting an appointment with another neurologist at this office I was called the night before at 5 o clock to let me know they doctor would not be in after waitinG 2 WEEKS, then pushing my appointment back another week. While try to schedule my MRIs the woman in charge was more concerned with her PERSONAL CONVERSATION on the work phone instead of tending to my appointment. She was unable to even send both prescriptions due to her lack of attention so when i showed up for my MRI there was no prescrIption for my neck MRI. Upon call she had told Princeton Radiology that she was too busy to look into it while I am sitting in the office waiting to get scanned. It took her about an hour to find the time. The final kicker was this morning when I was on my way to my appointment (this was the first time i was able to drive to my own appointment) I had arrived at the destination of their GPS address at a long horns. I called over 10 times from 8:47 until 9:09 with not one person to answer to call and assist me with directions. I have honestly never have come across such an incompetent "medical" staff, i wish this didn't have to go back towards Dr. Schwartz rating but this needs to be known by the public by how incompetent of a staff maintains this office. I saw Dr. Schwartz for a second opinion and found him to be attentive, professional and thorough.

Dr. Schwartz is a very dear colleague and friend. I trust his opinion and rational way of evaluating the situation. He listens...this is very important to a patient...and because he listens he gets your story in your terms. I am a firm believer in the saying: if you listen to your patient they will tell you exactly what the problem is, thereby saving you a lot of time and unnecessary testing. What a wonderful Doctor and staff! The first time I saw Dr. Schwartz he listened to my situation and came up with a treatment plan. He really cared about treating my neck pain. He and his staff worked to have the insurance company approve my treatment right then and there while I was in his office. Outstanding!
