Dr Gewanter was treating my son for JRA. He was trying different drugs to use on him. Setting up IV drugs etc. Then one day out of the blue we called his office... no answer. I was trying to get medicine refilled for my son. I called the pharmacy and they called multiple times and found out that Dr Gewanter quit. We received no notice, no letter, no phone call, no reference to bother specialist... NOTHING. He left my child suffering!!!! So the meds he was on for his JRA were stopped and it took over a year to find and get in with another specialist. He did a major injustice to not only my son but after researching I found MANY children who were left hanging the exact same way. Shame on you Gewanter!! I even messaged you on fb and no response!!
