I ALWAYS FEEL CONFIDENT WHEN I COME TO THIS OFFICE. PERSONNEL IS ALWAYS VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS.

Even though I was being fitted into the schedule due to a lost filling, I was in and out in about 30 minutes! Everyone is always pleasant and friendly!

Thank you for the help. I would like to complain about your message picture. Wish the people in the photo were the fantastic folks that help us with great professionalism and kindness.

Awesome experience and totally professional service

The hygienist was wonderful. She was thorough and took care around places that were a little sensitive. And having her wear the headlamp and not using the overhead light was a nice innovation.

Always a pleasure

We had no wait. The hygienist was professional, polite and pleasant.

The entire staff is great. They are always friendly and there's never a shortage of smiles when you walk into, or on your way out of the building. I wish I could give the review ten stars instead of five.

Today makes the 2nd time I have visited Windsor Dental as an emergency patient. Both times I was treated with care and respect. I have had a life-long battle trying to save my teeth (a loosing battle because I have a moderate case of osteo dentia imperfecta, which is the equivelant of brittle bone disease for teeth, that wasn't diagnosed until I was 40). After a truly nightmarish visit to the new dental office on Main St. in Suffolk on Tuesday, during which THE WRONG TEETH WERE PULLED, I called Dr. Demsko's office on Wednesday still in massive pain and ANGRY at the horrible service I paid for elsewhere and hurt with the dismissive way in which I was treated. The staff here were MORE than understanding and compassionate and got me in today. The correct tooth was pulled and I feel 100% better. I will be transferring my dental care to this office for everything tooth/denture related. Thank you Dr. Demsko and the entire, WONDERFUL, staff at Windsor Dental! Appreciate how quickly the office staff was able to schedule me to be seen for a toothache. Dr. Lohr and his chair side assistant, Amber, were very caring and concerned and took very good care of me today!! This practice is worth my one way 30 minute drive!! Merry Christmas to you all!!

Every person on their staff is absolutely top notch! I had quite a bit of anxiety going into my appointments but was put at ease by the expertise and demeanor of their staff! Best dental experience you can wish for as an adult

COVID-19 procedures were followed very diligently by staff. Office was clean and bright. Staff was helpful and made me feel comfortable. Staff was friendly. But, Dr. Demsko could use some training from his staff on friendliness.

Awesome service and friendly staff!

The staff took COVID precautions, were efficient in the work done, and were professional at all times.

Always glad to visit such a professional and efficient dental practice.

Dr. Lohr and staff made me feel comfortable in telling them my issues. They didn't judge me. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful visit ton the dentist for my 6 month appointment. Lorraine always does a wonderful job.

I’m a previous patient and highly recommend this practice. I moved to Texas 3 years ago. I’m currently visiting this area and needed their services. They were able to get me in quickly and took care of my problem. Great staff!

I had to drag my daughter kicking and screaming, literally. Lorraine is a magical worker. She got her in the he chair and explained everything. She's so patient, kind and caring. Everyone in the office is pleasant.

I am very happy and pleased with Dr. Lohr. He is a very good with my kids they both love going to see him. He is very patient with them n explains to them everything he is going to do. I could not ask for a better dentist for my kids.

With a dentist, it's all about trust. I have been one of Dr. Demsko's patients for over 24 years. I trust his judgement for my oral health. His staff is nothing short of excellent. The office staff, appointments and billing, as well as his dental assistants could not be more professional yet always friendly. Even though we live 65 miles away, his services are worth the trip. 2020 was a tad different with the covid19 precautions. We called the office & waited in our car out front. I had a cracked tooth and contacted Dr, Demskos office. They got me in very quickly so there was very little waiting. Dr. Demsko got me in the office and looked at my tooth (which wasn't fixable) Numbed me up and pulled it out without any pain. Just felt the pressure of him pulling it which is normal. My appointment was for cleaning and a consultation for additional work. Because of the Covid virus situation the cleaning process was adequate. Dr. Lohr went above and beyond to make sure that my dental issues were heard and resolved. He was thorough and compassionate through the whole process. You can tell he cares deeply for his patients. Most importantly, I no longer have tooth pain! I highly recommend!

I had a broken tooth and I did not have a dentist and a friend call the office and was told to come in right away. I went there and they saw me right away. I was very pleased with everyone and I have not looked for a dentist, I had already found the best.

Diana always does a fantastic job cleaning up my teeth every quarter. The staff are all so friendly and warm. I continued to go to Richmond to my dentist I had before I moved to Zuni because I don't like change! However, when he retired, I had to make a move. I chose Dr. Demsko's office. I'm glad I did. I couldn’t have had a better experience getting a tooth extraction! ???? When I called, I was definitely in excruciating pain seeking an appointment opening. From the time I called until the time I walked back out the door, I was handled with the utmost care and my pain mattered to everyone I came in contact with. Dr Lohr talked me through my whole situation explaining to me everything he was doing and why he had to do it every step of the way. Believe it or not, I felt no pain at all when I left with all smiles. I can truly say, everyone loves their assignment at this dental office. It is more than a job, they love what they do. From the receptionist to the dentist, I have much respect and love for them and I highly recommend the practice. Even the aftercare instructions was superb. When it broke again recently, I decided to make the drive all the way from Richmond to Windsor to see Dr. Lohr. He got me in quickly, and painlessly fixed my front tooth. When I moved to the area from Virginia Beach a few years ago when I got married I was worried about finding a dentist for me, my daughter and my step son because I have severe dental phobia. A friend of my husband's referred us here and I am so glad she did. The staff is very polite and friendly and ease the anxiety of appointments. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area or anyone that doesn't mind making the drive out to Windsor for the appointment. Wonderful and caring staff.

I took my three children for check ups. One has compromised teeth from a medical condition. The other two have always had health teeth. I was told all three children had multiple cavities and that they were drinking too much juice and soda. My child with a medical condition kept being told she needed to brush more, ect. I questioned the large number of cavities they said the children had. I was shown x-rays and told "x-rays don't lie". I was certain something was not right. I took my children to another dentist. My oldest child had no cavities, my youngest had one on a baby tooth and the new dentist said it was gong to fall out soon and didn't need treatment. Dr. Matthew Lohr in Windsor, VA is one of the best dentists I have ever met! He is not only extremely good but explains everything he is doing, if you want! I have skipped going to a dentist for years now, because I was so scared. I barely even felt all the shots he had to give me to rebuild a tooth for me and he also did the crown prep on the tooth next to it. To top it off, I had two deep cavities, one below the gum line and he rebuilt that tooth for me. He was so kind & I literally never felt any pain. His asst. Sandra was also completely knowledgeable and comforting. Julie, in the front, takes good care of our whole family, and sees my family gets in for their visits. Now she has me coming back (no small feat) and she said she knew I would love Dr. Lohr. I am so grateful to him for saving my teeth, as I am 62 yrs. old and really need them. Dr Demsko prepared me for a crown. I made an appointment and the front staff said they would called when the crown came in if there were any cancellations. They called and it was put on.
