Dr. H. Fala and his Staff are excellent. Dr. Is extremely knowledgeable, listens to your concerns, bed side manners, has a sense of humor. His staff is outstanding in everyway, friwndly, works to every your need. GETTING you appointments when you need them and fitting you in, in case of an emergency. Someone in the office gets back to you quicker than any other Dr. I've been to. Can't say enough about this Dr and staff. Dr. has a sense of humor also. One thing, very important, his office has enough professional staff help if he us unavailable. THANKS TO ALL in his office.

Doctor Fala is a very good doctor

After years of coming here, I'm finally done. Staff incompetence has cost me both time and money. Misspelled my name forcing me to pay as if I don't have insurance. Won't refund me, just pushes me off to the outsourced billing who couldn't care less. Inaccurately keying my appointment times making me take off work for no reason. They don't care. Bet they won't make it right either, will probably just get the same copy and paste "were sorry" from Banner. Want to make it right? Call me, you have my number. Bet it won't happen.

Can never get a hold of them it always goes to voicemail, been waiting a month for my refferal to see a specialist, they dont know how to return phone calls.

Doesn't listen, appears to be incompetent. I went to him based on a referral from a doctor I respect. I have a bad rash caused by covid-19 vaccinations, and Dr. Fala insisted it was nothing more than an allergic reaction. If he had taken just a minute or two to do a little research he could have easily learned that the American Association of Dermatologists says that covid-19 rashes are not caused by an allergic reaction. If you try to talk to him. if you disagree with him he quickly gets made and becomes very unprofessional. Avoid this doctor.

Dr. Fala is an amazing Doctor, he truly cares about his patients. You won't ever leave his office without him sending you to get labs, images or whatever he thinks you need at that moment. Been going to Dr. Fala for about 5 years

Dr. Fala has you complete annual blood work tests prior to your visit. He then reviews the results with you. Asks you for any health issues you may be or have experienced since last visit. Even asks about your mental status, asking if one is depressed. Goes over medications being taken and discusses if need to make any adjustments. I’m a new resident to Sun City West and was in need of a physician to replace my regular physician of 22 yrs. I went online and researched doctors in my area and was intrigued by some of the reviews for Dr Fala. I scheduled an appointment and met with Dr Fala a week later. His staff was very attentive and the doctor himself spent almost an hour with me on the first visit. He listened to my health issues and took time to explain treatment options. Dr. Fala is my primary care physician. I recently saw him for an annual wellness check. He was very professional and answered all of the questions I answered. He was also very thorough in reviewing my blood tests etc. that I had taken prior to the visit. No complaints. I am very happy with Dr. Fala.

Dr Fala is professional yet friendly. He listens, like actually listens to you. Hard to find that nowadays. Both front and back office staff are efficient and kind. A win all the way around. The facility is neat and clean.

I will admit that although Dr. Fala is often rushed, I still find his "bedside manner" to be great because he listens to me and tells me his cursory diagnosis as well as any treatment plans recommended. He will see patients on the same day, if they need it [hence his "rushed" problem], often staying late or working through lunch. I can tell he truly cares about his patients and I feel blessed to have found him.

No! His staff is totally rude and unresponsive.

Dr. Fala does not return calls or follow up with me. He only will refill prescriptions if you schedule a appointment even though I had a visit two months ago and did a prescription review. He always wants to do a yearly physical even if I already had one. The office is also impossible to reach. Banner health???

I would definitely NOT recommend this Dr. He seemed to give unclear messages, and was rushed and distracted during office visits. He said that he had not received results from a dexa scan even though the technician told me she had sent it to his office the same day it was taken. He did not get back to me with the results. The Dr. did not seem to respond adequately to questions about medications or tests. The office was well staffed, but appeared disorganized and it was very difficult to get communication passed on to the Dr. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I have had with a Dr. and will not be returning to this office.

Office seems disorganized.. Waited on hold for 1 1/2 hrs for a televisit, and finally gave up..Called office several times during that wait, sat on hold for 5+ minutes, to be told I was next patient for the MA visit. I was also told that I had to refresh my zoom meeting every 40 minutes..cumbersome...I have yet to see the Dr. in person. I was getting text 24 hrs prior to appointments, but I had not asked for nor scheduled any appointments..finally had to demand that they stop making unsolicited appointments..I am disappointed, since this Dr. was highly recommended..I will be looking elsewhere.

Good Dr, Bad staff Called 6 times to talk with office manager about a payment I sent. Left messages and talked to receptionist. Never received a call back. Dr ordered 4 prescriptions. They were sent to 2 different pharmacies. Good Dr with out of touch staff.

I followed Dr. Fala from his old practice to True Care. Been with him for 8+ years; I really like his level of service, caring and attention to detail. The only issue I take is with the wait time. Ever since he is the only MD in this particular office, I tend to wait quite a while. However, I have no intention to go anywhere else as I go in knowing I will wait.

I have been going to Dr. Fala's group since we moved here from Chicago 3 years ago. I have found him and his staff to be very thorough, friendly and helpful. I thought it would be hard to find a Dr I liked as much as my Dr from Chicago but, I instantly liked the way he will take his time and explain everything without rushing you. With all the changes in Healthcare it is important to find a practice that has grown with the times. I can't believe how much they have grown in the past 3 years. They have their own lab on-site, which I missed from Chicago, and their staff has at least doubled in size. He very often has med students working and training with him or doing internships. Worst Dr Ever, Wife had an appointment (first visit) he left us in the exam room for 2 hours and did not come in when he did he said he thought we were done. I accepted his response and then I became a new patient, they kept me waiting for 45 minutes and told the desk this was terrible service and left. They came and got me as I was getting on the elevator and said the doctor wants go talk. They put me in an exam room and he never show-up. I confronted him as I was leaving and he could care less.

Dr. Fala is thorough when he arrives to see you. I had a 7:00 AM appointment and he arrived at 7:30 so you can guess what the rest of his day was like.

This doctor bailed on me as a patient cancelled my appointment never gave me refill on my heart pills. Save yourself and never go see him. You sir are the white medical professional I have ever had to suffer through. You don't deserve any stars

Dr. Fala is a very good doctor and very talented doctor. I have been going there for three years now and I am very happy, honestly doctor Fala is just great doctor.

Dr Fala is an excellent doctor. I would highly recommend him. My husband has multiple serious health issues and has been seeing Dr Fala for over 4 years now. He takes time with his patients and listens to your concerns. His staff is also awesome!

I initially posted a review of my several visits to Dr Fala's practice. It was not a positive review, it was an honest opinion of my experiences. The same morning I posted the review I received a call from Dr. Fala, personally, requesting I remove the review. He was quite adamant that he's not a bad Doctor and that the billing issues were no reflection of him. He then argued that I was incorrect in my claim of how many times I had come to their practice to be seen. Dr. Fala has been our doctor for years. He spends time with you. He is attentive to details. He has helped everyone I have referred to him as well. We are lucky to have a doctor like him in the west valley.

Dr. Fala, and the other providers in his practice come highly recommended not only in the medical community I work within but in my social circle as well. I unfortunately had an upper respiratory malfunction and was in between PCPs and he was able to see me the very day I called asking for an appointment. Most PCPs can’t see new patients for 2-3 months out. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Fala was very thorough and sympathetic to my plight. Dr. Fala is one in a million. He's the best of the best. My wife and I are both very appreciative to have him as our primary care Doctor. He is always pleasant, never in a hurry to answer your questions. He is extremely thorough during our visits making sure he covers every aspect of each of our health concerns. He makes a special effort to listen to his patients. He is always upbeat with a great positive attitude. Dr. Fala really has it all.

Dr Fala is the best. An outstanding doctor and an outstanding man. He's more than capable of saving your life and catching hard to diagnose issues as someone who you could go grab a beer with. His medical assistant Jessica is professional and intelligent and very empathetic. The two of them are a great team and they both genuinely appreciate each other. So many medical assistants hate the doctor they work and it creates obvious tension. Fala and Jessica are a major exception.

Best doc ever! He goes way above and beyond. All the docs at truecare are awesome. Very careful and genuine.

Dr Fala is genuine and very caring. He even called me personally to check on me after I had an abnormal MRI done. He and his medical assistant go way over and above to ensure excellent patient care.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Fala for years. He always gets us in right away and all the staff is friendly and helpful. It's always a clean and welcoming environment and the medical assistants are very knowledgeable. We will never leave true care md.

Didn't listen, cut me off several times, then asked the question again like I didn't try to answer it the first time.... when he cut me off the first time. Once, cut me off to ask for my education level. Rude, pompous, typical male doc with an ego the size of Texas. Because I am very in tune with my body and how I respond to treatments he said I was telling him how to do his job. Not every person that comes into your office will be a 'typical' case. You should listen to your patients.
