Bad customer service, Dany Vi , the girl who works on customer service is very rude and disrespectful! I called to make an appointment, she took almost an hour to schedule it, when I explained my situation she was very unethical and did not help me as expected!!!

Bad they never answer the worst

Dr Chun is arrogant but assistant staff is nice.

The old women(55 years old around, her job is translate) is very bad , she is not friendly. She dont let me make appointment on weekend , and she said weekend is busy, but in fact on weekend their office is not busy. And her attitude is very rudely.......and front desk staff is rudely too. last time give them snack , then they are smile to you, but when you ask them to make appointment on weekend, they said: our appointment on weekend is full.....(I ask them two months ago)

Maybe new staff but we were treated amazingly and we were given enough time to understand out situation and all information we needed to make our decisions STAFF was extremely friendly and kept re assuring me and my wife because she was nervous

THIS DOCTOR, DR. CHUN, I AM DOUBTING HOW HE COULD GRADUATE FROM MEDICAL SCHOOL. HE DID NOT CARE HIS PATIENT, I DID SONOGRAM IN HIS CLINIC, HE DID NOT FIND OUT THAT MY Cervix length is not within normal length. Fortunately my ob dr has found out the problem. Also, he does not have common sense that he need to knock the door when his patient is doing sonogram. two times, he just opened the door and chatted with nurse then left.

I don't know where to begin, I am not someone that writes negative reviews but anyone that is pregnant or planning should stay far from this place. their sonographer Monica def is in the wrong field she makes it very obvious that she hates her job. She has zero patient handling skills. She's very aggressive with the ultrasound wand to the stomach. She does not take her time and rushes through the ultrasound and gave misleading reports 2x. HORRIBLE OFFICE WITH THE WORST STAFF POSSIBLE.
