Excellent physician and - most importantly - skilled surgeon. Husband just had 2 carpal tunnels done with amazing outcome. Doctor called me both times while he was still in the operating room. Being a physician myself, I was very impressed. Highly recommend

Excellent outcome from both carpal tunnel surgeries. Definitely very skilled surgeon.

I would advice against seeing him, in my opinion . I agree highly with Dr. Daryl Styner's review of 10/24/2018. My appointment was 3 yearsalater and it still holds true.

He was so fantastic with our son. He is caring, thorough, compassionate, meticulous and calm. His office staff was wonderful... quick responses and helped us get a surgery date as quickly as possible. Our deepest thanks to both Dr. Kavookjian and to his staff.

I used Dr. Kavookjian for consultation/second opinion on a serious injury that required delicate surgery. He was empathic to the trauma we were undergoing, professional and his opinion was totally inline with the surgeon we wound up using.He came highly recommended and had we lived closer we would have opted for Dr. Kavookjian. Was referred to Dr. K for my carpal tunnel. He was very attentive to my reservations about surgery and recommended we try a few non-operative measures prior to going the surgical route. It's now been 3 months and I'm starting to see noticeable improvements!

I used Dr. Kavookjian for consultation/second opinion on a serious injury that required surgery. Dr. Kavookjian’s outward demeanor was pleasant, respectful & one of “calm”, but, I was overall, very disappointed. He basically read me my MRI results, without any of his diagnostic translation, leaving me with more questions than answers to the problem I was referred to him for. He then presented treatment options with poor outcome expectations, & then asked if I wanted to “try” any of those. He gave me no confidence in any presented treatment options. All red flags, that made me go elsewhere.

Little, if any, empathy for patient comfort/pain. Removed my wound dressing in a brutal fashion causing me a significant amount of unnecessary pain. When I cried out in agony he scolded me. What kind of doctor does that?

Called for Emergency appointment, have a finger about to fall off, emergency said see specialist TOMORROW, they schedule me for 6 days after, to then call me the same day to reschedule not before lying trying to say the called 2 times and left msgs when the call log clearly shows 1 attemp while i was working. Never i mean never using this doctor even if my life depended on it. Not professional and on top of that LIES. Staying away from this one.
