Dr. Ha Chieu Do

I love ?? my Dr, my initial visit was an hour and we really enjoyed finding out about each other and providing my medical history to her. I've been her patient since moving here back in November 2019. Her Staff is very caring and you can always get an appointment the same day or the next day. She discovered that one of my shoulders was dropping, x-rays were taken and now I'm starting Physical therapy, she's the best!!! Thank you Dr ?? Ha Do!!!

I would never recommend this doctor. She does not listen to her patients, and gets mean if you try to explain anything to her as she KNOWS everything

Dr. Do is one of the most caring doctors I have ever encountered. She thoroughly explained everything to me and took her time, showing she really cares. As well as listen and answer any questions I may have. My whole family (husband, parents, and in-laws) go to Dr. Do. Truly a great physician.

I normally do not give people a bad review unless it’s an absolutely necessary to warn people. This doctor called my Mother up and made her cry. Instead of discussing and helping patient understand why the change in therapy or addressing the concern we have about the drugs, the doctor told my mother, “ who is your daughter, a doctor? to question me?!” I as any caring daughter out there is concerned and want to be informed. Well, Dr Do, patients are educated these days and have the right to ask!!

She doesn't even try to really list n to her patients spymtoms.. misdiagnosed me with 2 different things than what I really had (which is exactly what I knew i had) at 25 years old she wouldn't believe I had ulcers, and a sinus infection along with strep , And said that my symptoms were just allergies.. I had to go to the emergency room that night with 104 fever . I have been going to her partner since I was 10. I gave her a chance and will never go back to the entire practice again.

Dr. Do is barely competent and the nurse is a joke. They do not return phone calls or stay on top of the paperwork required for insurance (such as simple prior authorizations). Been waiting and calling repeatedly over 10 days to get a prior authorization and have still not gotten it done. Have been informed by the nurse, Maria, that "I will just have to wait until Dr. Do finds the time". If 10 days is not enough time to sign a form for a patient, how competent can you be. Finding a new Dr. ASAP!

She. Is a wonderful doctor she sits and talk to you explain everything to you she dont rush and she acts very.concern there are not to many doctors.like her aroumd

Thou it's not my favorite thing to do, Dr. Do made it quick and easy. She sounded like she knew what she was doing, and gave me helpful drugs, that treated my symptoms very quickly. The wait was about 11 to 20 minutes, and the place was clean and fresh. I'm very happy I chose this clinic and that Dr. Do was my internal medicine.

She treats you, cares for you, and listens to you. She truly is a good doctor. Recommend her to everyone. Within 2 days of being under her hands, I felt way better. Great doctor over all.

Dr. Do is actually a really good doctor, however, the staff is completely incompetent. You have to call several times to request prescriptions to be sent. It feels like pulling teeth just to get a simple things taken care of.

I really like Dr. Do and have nothing but good things to say about her. My only complaint is it took me two or more calls leaving a message to get scheduled and the waiting room on Beach was stuffy and the chairs had stains so it felt dirty. However the important areas like exam rooms were very clean and wait time not bad at all.
