The incompetence and unprofessionalism is unbearable with Carrie. Me and my husband have tried everything to get her to see she was not billing our insurance provider correctly. She would always tell me I owed money. I have a 15 dollar copay. If I owe more it's because it wasn't done correctly. I was told I couldn't see the doc until my balance was paid. It just happened recently. We called our provider and he told me Carrie billed the appointment twice in one day and we didn't owe anything but the copay. This has been a nightmare, constantly being told we owe money and lying about how it was billed. I have proof from my provider and they are going to send me documentation. But we can see the billing online also. But Carrie will continue to lie. I fear this is happening to other patients. Please someone with a brain stop this...... It was a very depressing experience talking with Dr. Borrero because he is very rude and disruptive. Benjamin Ryan Peterson

I'm very particular when it comes to doctors especially physiatrist. Let's face the mind is powerful and I don't need a doctor guessing what might help. Dr. Borrero stays up to date on new medications that are in the psychiatry field. Not just knowledge of medications and conditions but our conversations have given me the strength to make much needed changes in my life. He is by far the very best I have ever encountered and unfortunately, have seen my share. Wish I would have ment him years ago.

I'll just say that I used to be a patient in 2013. And when I called a few days ago saying I very much needed to be seen, they said they would have to pull my chart and get back to me. I called again today, a couple of days later and she said I just spoke to you yesterday (no it was days ago) and it would take several days to pull my paper chart out of storage. I seriously hope this isn't the way you treat all patients. Shouldn't you at least ask why I'm so anxious to be seen? it's psychiatry

Has always taken his time to listen and to explain medications to me. Is very empathetic. I have followed Dr. Borrero to 4 different locations because I feel so taken care of.
