She was great!

Dr Gretchen and staff were professional and knowledgeable. My 10 year old daughter and myself felt comfortable and safe during allergy testing and procedures.

Dr Champion is wonderful! My son has had his tonsils and adenoids removed and now needs tubes. Great Dr with wonderful bedside manner.

Dr. Champion is great! She is very professional, so patient and friendly to our baby and us. She always explains the situation and addresses our concerns, which puts us at ease. She is wonderful!

My son Titus has been seeing Dr Champion since he was about 18 months old. She has been a great and caring doctor to him. He is now 14 years old and Titus still smiles every time he sees her. He has Autism and an Speech Impairment and she has always been so good with him. I couldn’t ask for a more caring, kind, amazing bed side manner in a doctor. I would have her 100 stars ⭐️ if I could. Dr. Champion is a great physician. She cares about her patients and their quality of life.

Took me about 6 weeks to get a new patient appointment with Dr. Champion, but it was worth the wait. Her curiosity and thorough questioning about the deeper cause of my recurrent strep and sinus problems, and going beyond the usual oral antibiotic routine, is helping me at last to get my years of discomfort under control. Dr. Champion is awesome! She takes the time to really get to know you and listens to you unlike some of the other doctors out there. The office staff is also top notch! I highly recommend her!

Dr. Champion is absolutely amazing! She is very thorough, takes her time to truly listen to concerns/questions, has superb bedside manner & is so very knowledgeable in her field! Highly recommend as her staff is just as wonderful as she is!

Incredible doctor, incredible skill set and a great person to trust as your ENT. I've been seeing Dr Champion for over 8 years and every experience has been fantastic. She really cares about her patients and the staff is welcoming as well as comforting. It doesn't get any better.

I have seen Dr. Champion numerous times for sinus issues related to my autoimmune disease. Everytime I see her she tells me the exact same thing; “everything looks great! No issues.” Meanwhile my disease is flaring up, I am experiencing all the same symptoms of my previous flare-ups, which were treated correctly by my previous ENT’s (I moved states). I am now having to find another ENT to get the help I need. This process will take weeks, in which time my disease will progress and cause further lasting damage and I will continue to get sicker. Dr. Champion does not listen to her patients and blows through appointments within 5 minutes, giving no care to the well being of the patient. Would not recommend. Dr. Champion is very caring, spends enough time with you to know what you need, and a good listening

Dr. Champion takes the time to explain the process of using SLIT drops to reduce my body's over reaction to pollen. The process seems to be working, as I have reduced my allergy medication and have milder symptoms.

Amazing and kind doctor to my 2 of my 3 girls who needed ear tubes.She also also treated my husband. She is caring, HUMBLE, and compassionate ! We love her.

Dr. Champion has kept my ears pain free for many years. I am a triathlete who swims 3-4 days a week and any ear problems can adversely affect my training. I have NEVER missed a workout due to ear problems since I found Dr. Champion.

Dr. Champion is the consummate professional! She is very thorough and patient with explaining her findings and treatment plan. My three-year-old looks forward to his visits with her. The office always runs on time and the front desk staff is very courteous. Highly recommend Dr. Champion for your ENT needs!

Great doctor you won't regret it, my entire family sees her.

Dr Champion is a very compassionate and caring doctor. She listens to you and does not rush you in and out the door like an assembly line. I had sinus infections every 4-6 weeks for many years before I found Dr. champion. She ended up performing minor sinus surgery and has solved all my problems. She did not want to rush into surgery either but for me it was the best option. Now after decades of suffering, I can breath! I would highly recommend d her to anyone who is having problems!

Good doctor. Sometimes can be rushing and brush of your questions and tell you to go see your child pediatrician. Otherwise she is Awesome !

My experience with Dr Champion is that she took time to actually listen to my problems after which she dispensed meds/treatments that actually worked!, kind demeanor, thorough, very smart and a excellent doctor, highly recommended!

I highly recommend Dr Champion for her technical medical knowledge and almost equally important is her genuine interest in her patients overall health and well being. I was given her name by a family member when I experienced sudden permanent hearing loss a couple of years ago. I had already seen one ENT doctor in McKinney with whom I felt zero connection and a lack of empathy. I am completely confident in my choice of Dr Gretchen as my long term ENT Doctor. Dr. Champion is great. She listened to all our concerns and presented treatment options for our daughter. We have had a fantastic outcome so far. She is calming and put our daughter at ease during her treatment and made sure we knew how to handle at home care after.

Dr. Champion is one of my favorite doctors ever. She manages to combine her concern, her expertise, and her personal charm into a kind of super doctor. She is quite busy, so getting an appointment (especially first appointment) can be challenging. It's well worth establishing an initial relationship to gain access to her care.

Had to take my 2 week old in for a severe tongue tie. She gave us many options on it and when we decided to fix it “surgically” it was so quick, I couldn’t believe he was done in less than 5 minutes. She is so sweet. If we have any other issues for an ENT she will be the doctor I call!

New patient - do not even try to call them. Waiting time for the appointment is not real - more than a month for an ear pain. I'm going to find me another doctor, who is less busy and can meet the patient within normal time frame.

We saw another ENT for our daughter's recurring ear infections. He basically gave up and told us to see infectious disease control. Luckily someone told us about Dr Champion. Not only did Dr Champion help get the ear infections cleared up but the level of service is astounding. It is so sad to see the previous reviewer leave a 1-Star review because the office was busy. ... ... Yeah, they are busy because they are the best. If anything that is a good sign. When our son started having the same ear infections we went directly to Dr. Champion and it has been about 8 months with no more ear infections. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Please treat the first review as somewhat ignorant only based on how busy Dr Champion and her office are. We saw another ENT for our daughter's recurring ear infections. Dr. Champion is wonderful. She takes time to get to know her patients but she also has the most efficient office I have ever been in. I don't know that I have ever waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room or in the exam room, which is completely unheard of. Staff is wonderful too.
