My experience with this dentist was frustrating long over 6 months to get a top plate and a bottom plate spent over $5,000 it's sitting on my shelf in the bathroom because they don't fit I'll give it time give it time he said they don't fit Bill belichick says do your job well he didn't do his job unsatisfactory thanks for nothing doc

Initially went in for severe tooth pain. Dr Zirakian basically TOLD me I'm getting a root canal, or I'll just walk out of his office in excruciating pain. He's a very fast talker. We started my root canal & I did feel some relief, but I still had to go back to finish the entire process. I paid for a portion of my total (extremely high) bill in each visit. By the end of the third visit, the numbing agent faded and I was still in excruciating pain. Like I've never felt such pain in my life and I birthed twins vaginally. I went back because of the pain, and he took xrays, said there was nothing wrong and sent me on my way with antibiotics. Still after days of unbearable pain, the ER couldn't do anything for me, Dr Zirakian was out of office, and going to multiple dentists I decided to get my tooth pulled. The pain wasn't worth my tooth (a molar). I cried for days, couldn't eat, sleep and barely spoke. My face was swollen beyond belief as if I had a growth in my lower jaw (think tennis ball). The worst part is how Dr. Zirakian told me nothing was wrong with me, barely spoke to me directly, and didn't give a refund whatsoever. For all the money I paid for the 'root canal', I could've spent that on the extraction initially! I really wish I never trusted him with my teeth. The ONLY good thing about this situation was how welcoming his staff was to me. They have so much more bedside manner than he does. I wish I can turn back time and do more research. I'm only 28 and now have a missing tooth that I trusted him to save. No apologies, no check in call, nothing. I guess some people just get into healthcare for the monetary benefits instead of truly helping others...never again

20+ years later....I went to Dr Zirakian in my 20’s and he replaced multiple childhood silver fillings (a couple deep ones) and gave me a root canal. I unfortunately moved away and see a different dentist now, also needed oral surgery in the meantime and they are all amazed at the perfect work he did, which is still perfect 20+ years later. Wonderful experience...

I haven't been to a dentist in years! And I had to have an emergency visit which is leading me to a surgeon unfortunately. But Dr. Zarakian is awesome! And was able to see me on short notice! Really down to earth and knows what he's doing! The office is really clean and receptionist Melissa was very helpful and friendly!

Very good Dentist caring excellent tech ability. Highly recommend.
