Doctor Mack, Is a great doctor, He was very professional. He took care of my hands for two year and a half and he did surgery on my hands. I am young and was scared of scars but Dr. Mack left me none. beautiful professional doctor.

From the front desk through the surgery center Dr Mack and San Diego Hand Specialist are the best. They treat the patient and not just the injury. I know I can count on them for my next upcoming surgery. Thank you Dr. Mack and staff, God bless you all.

Dr. Mack has always taken care of me and my family. He always has my care and life longevity at heart. He fixed my elbow and shoulder multiple times. I recommend anyone who is counseled by Doc to take his professional opinion to heart.

Dr Mack has been my orthopedic doctor for almost 20 years off and on, and has done several surgeries on my arm and shoulders. He has always maintained a high level of professionalism. Would recommend him anytime.

I experience at this office has been horrific especially as I live in the Imperial Valley. Dr. Mack comes here on Wednesdays and his staff over books him. I took off time from work to go to an appointment and there were still several people ahead of me by the time my appointment came around and I had to walk away without even seeing the doctor. I actually had to take a whole day off just to make an appointment with him the next time. The And take tech was very rude.

I was going to a worker's comp doctor who was prescribing muscle relaxers up the ying yang for my carpal tunnel. Dr. Mack got me better without any prescription drugs. I thank the stars for finding him. My life was starting to fall apart due to the pain.

This Dr Mack was very unfriendly and never smiled and I wanted and needed a cortisone shot in my thumb and he would not give it to me. He kept me waiting 45 minutes past my appt time and water over two hours of my time and gas. I waited two and a half months and really very very upset and angry and still with pain all these months. I have never been to a Dr like him and to one that I never liked. Dr. Mack knows what he's doing. He helped out my Mother's left hand, and went in to correct surgical errors that another surgeon did (meta carpal release). He attended to our needs. I was referred to Dr. Mack in early April 2015. Suzanna from Dr. Mark's office advised that Dr Mark said he was not taking new patients. I asked twice why he was not taking any more new patients and could not get an answer. The fact is that this Dr. " Cherry Pics" whoever he wants, in my opinion whoever he wants. If he was not taking new patients then why did he review my file, that we know that he did. After being told that he was not taking new patients I was able to go online with a friend and find an available appointment for new clients! He is not in it for helping patients who really need care, otherwise he would have seen me. I have not had needed treatment in over three years! Tired of being lied to!
