I am forever grateful for Dr. Ginsburg. He saved my life. He was the first doctor to give it to me straight and provide clarity on my cancer diagnosis. I went to Dr. Ginsburg for my hernia. He explained the procedure in detail with clear directions on each of my steps before and after. Everything went smoothly and as he described in my initial visit. During my surgery, he discovered a second hernia and fixed that at the same time saving me from a second operation. He was looking out for my best interest and took exceptional care of me.

This prevented me from having to undergo a second operation for a second hernia which was unknown prior to the procedure. On surgery morning Dr. Ginsburg visited my bedside and explained what I should expect and again his caring nature put my mind at rest. Unfortunately, my Gullbladder was so infected and inflamed Dr. Ginsburg had to remove it with an open style surgery procedure (open removal accounts for only 5% of Gullbladder surgeries these days) compared to lathroscopicly. This was not an ideal outcome as open removal is way more invasive compared to lathroscopic, with a considerable amount of recovery discomfort. I realized how lucky I am to have a seasoned Surgeon who had done many Gullbladder procedures, so my emergency was performed without complications. My surgical scar looks great! I went to Dr. Ginsburg for a hernia that I had. He was extremely friendly and also took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel like I was annoying him or that I would not understand. He explain everything to me and more in detail about hernias and about the surgery. I personally more doctors should do this. I have a degree in Biological and Physical Scineces and In Nursing so it was nice to have him explain everything to me so I knew exactly what was going on. He did not know I have these degrees which is why I respect him even more because this shows me how he is as a Doctor. I would highly recommend him. Not only is the scar placed where you can't even really see it but ge got rid of my loose skin around my bellybutton from having kids. He did not have to do that but he did, which is something I was insecure about and now I love that it's gone and my stomach is already feeling better

Dr. Ginsburg and his staff were great. He explained everything in very simple terms and let me know what I should anticipate throughout the healing process.

He was thorough, meticulous, and very skilled. My results were much better than I ever anticipated and I’m grateful to have found this talented surgeon.

Dr. Ginsberg practically saved my life I hesitated for 5 years to get my hernia taken care of I also had another issue and my stomach of pain that I had no idea what it was caused from. But now after the surgery my pain is completely gone I am so thankful. I thought I would have chronic pain the rest of my life but it's gone thank you to dr. Ginsburg

My groin hernia was getting too large and my search led me to Dr. Ginsburg due to favorable reviews. Dr. Ginsburg took the time to explain about the hernia and treat procedure. Surgery day Dr. once again explained all the steps and expected recovery time. Post surgery appointment was just as professional and not rushed.

I don't know where he studied but I have never been treated so we'll by a doctor in many years. I have been to Little Company of Mary and UCLA Westwood about a million times for myself and for my kids. I felt like I was never going to find someone who actually cared about me. Most the time I'm sitting at UCLA for hours even with an appointment, while at Dr. Ginsburg's, I am happy to see the receptionists he has on duty and their smiling faces. Dr. Gibsberg always took his time explaining everything. I never felt rushed or that my questions were unimportant. He is a gifted listener and has a rapport wirh patiwnts that makes a person feel hopeful even in light of challenging circumstances. He explained things to me that my Oncologist didn't.

Makes you feel very comfortable, easy to taklk to, answers all your questions. His wife is a nurse there also she makes you feel at ease and always so caring. They make an excellent team. I would easily recommend him.
