Good doctor with great bedside manner

So he is a really nice Dr, seems cool and laid back but I would reconsider seeing this doctor who does a fake discectomy, some kind of fake discectomy. I was told by my doctor That it was “not really a full discectomy” hospital words! if you are there for back pain I really recommend you trying else where first, but to each there own. Get second opinions go to a chiropractor first because Dr Flynn will poke around in your back do a Botched discectomy and then you will still be in the same pain and he will just refer you to someone else. Cuz he got his money out of you. Did I mention I went to a few doctors after him and they never even heard of him so he is not that know. My honest opinion I should of never let him do anything to my back he did more damage then good and don’t let him use the %rates saying that it happens. Find someone else, do your research. I have been a patient since 2015 and Dr Flynn has operated on me probably 2 dozen times. I trust him with my life. He is to the point and explains conditions well. Not only did he treat my pain aggressively after a car accident, but he’s made sure I got in for imaging when I couldn’t reach my neurosurgeon. I have referred many friends to his practice and they have all been pleased with his quality of care.

Dr.Flynn has recently became my new pain management dr as of July 9th,2019. Dr Flynn has taken care of my family for close to 10 years. He is a skilled caring and gifted physician. He always takes the time to explain his treatments and offers expert advice. I trust him without reservation and would highly recommend Dr Flynn and his awesome staff.

I've seen this doctor for almost 2 years and I trust him beyond words can say. He told me I needed surgery, and after a consultation with a neurosurgeon turns out I did. I had the surgery, and I've continued to see Dr Flynn for pain management. He is an amazing doctor, no nonsense, straight to the point.

I don't know who "-Jean-" is, but no review could be farther from the truth. Dr. Flynn has bee a life-changing agent for me. From too many parachute jumps, I have chronic, disabling pain in my cervical, thoracic, & lumbar spine. The Radio Frequency Ablations (RFA) he has performed on me take almost all of the pains away. He is very careful to ensure that I understand everything he has said about my MRIs and the treatment he proposes. He is an outstanding professional. His staff go out of their way to assist me, and when she also comes, to my wife. The offices are immaculate and the two surgical suites are super clean. Dr. Flynn is a great doctor. I have been a patient of Dr. Flynn for 23+ years and I would not be alive and walking without him. He not only treats your symptoms, but finds the reason for your problem and works to correct and treat the problem as well as manage the symptoms and does all he can do to keep you free of pain and healthy. When I was at my worst, and too sick to come to his office, Dr. Flynn drove to my home in Sarasota, with his nurse, brought the medication he thought I would need, and made sure I was stable before he left. Dr Gregory Flynn is my doctor where do I begin. I have lived with severe back pain for the past eight years. I’ve been on every medication possible and nothing seems to help. Just after two months of coming here I am completely out of pain and off medications. He gave my life back to me I am so grateful for him. And He did not even need to cut me open in surgery. All of his staff and front desk staff are so caring and understanding. They go the extra mile to make sure we have convenient appointments. MK- After completing several other pain management programs with other care providers, Dr. Flynn has been the first to provide an effective treatment. I keep coming back to see Dr. Flynn as I age, 91. . He is one of the few doctors in his specialty that is always improving his skill set and surgeries he performs. My cardiologist just took me off of blood thinners. I consulted with Dr. Flynn after I attained new MRI scans of my back. Lucky for me, Dr. Flynn was just certified by Vertiflex to implant their new device to treat spinal stenosis. The surgery was performed at the ASC in 33 minutes, two levels. I carried my cane out with me. BH

Dr. Flynn always greets me with a smile and a kind word. His staff is efficient. I never have to wait. My surgery for my herniated disc went smoothly. His minimally invasive endoscopic technique left the tiny scar. Friends are amazed at the change in my activity as I return back to the gym. I highly recommend him. It is hard to imagine any of the negative reviews I have seen posted. All of his patients rave about his compassion and intellect. I refer any one I meet to him.

Dr Flynn is a true life-saver for me. A fall left me crippled by low-back pain. For 10 yrs no doctor could see the cause of my pain, but HE saw the 2 disc bulges in my lumbar spine. He carefully explained my options & recommended Transforaminal Endoscopic Discectomy (TED). Incisions were minimal & results are wonderful--no more walker, only occasional cane, depression gone. Staff are all very kind, helpful & professional. Lobby, exam rooms & surgery suites are immaculate. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Flynn has an amazingly clean facility with all new equipment. I have been his patient for over a year. He is the most up to date I have seen in the Tampa Bay Area.

Dr. Flynn is the Doctor who is willing to take the time to figure out exactly the real issues of my ( your) pain. The office runs like a fine tuned engine, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The convenience of having Office Visits and Surgery in same building is wonderful. Location is very easy to find. Traveling from Lakeland, the flexibility in the schedule is another plus! A previous comments is absolutely incorrect. The place has a timeless decor; is well maintained and clean. He has a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical facility where he does his procedures. This man and his e aved my life without addicting me to pain medications! Wish ere were more like him everywhere!

Try to give them a chance but always disappointed during visits. Does not explain anything well, they are always in a rush. Communication is awful. Request help with pain but was ignored. Looking for a more personable and patient doctor.

Dr. Flynn was the 5th doctor I had seen for numerous lower and mid back issues. He looked closely at my MRI'S, finding herniations, bulging discs and tares. He has the perfect bedside manner. I conscider him a true gift in my life..... look no further, if you want the best....

Literally THE best pain management doctor in the whole state of Florida. He goes above and beyond to find out what is wrong and what he can do to help. He doesn't judge anyone who walks through his doors and you will be treated with respect. He is personable, kind and flexible. For example, I showed up for an appointment on the wrong day - a day that the clinic wasn't open. He was in back working on notes, so the receptionist checked with him and he agreed to let me do the appointment.

I'm glad I am the first to review this. Dr. Flynn was a consumate professional during my surgical procedure. He made sure that I understood the risks and benefits of the procedure I was facing, answered all of my questions, and took the time after the surgery to personally call me to ensure that I was doing okay.
