If you want to be toyed around with, asked if you want a CGM again (as you had one before it broke), come in on a days notice for training, then wonder why you aren't contacted, go here. They you call, to find out they are denying you from getting a CGM. Well thanks for the diabetic neuropathy now. Dr. D. does a great job making a diabetic feel more depressed
He has been my endo for several years. I find him caring and competent. He is always working with me to manage my diabetes. He's the best!

I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and sat down in the waiting room. I quickly realized I forgot to check-in at the machine, not a human. The medical assistant called me back and said Dr Deines expects his patients to be at the appointment 10-15 min before the scheduled time. Dr Deines refused to see me even though I registered for the appointment 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment time.
Dr. Deines made me go to the diabetes educator. We (educator and I) came up with a plan and Dr. Deines completely ignored it. He didn't listen to anything I had to say and instead of trying something different he just kept upping my insulin.
