Thorough with a great bed side manner.

Dr. Czarnecki is a great doctor. I was in recently for my annual physical, and in reviewing some results about a potential problem, he was forthcoming with me, and engaging with me. He showed true appreciation for my questions and obliged my need to understand the situation better. He never condescended, and he showed sincere care about the issue. Terrific physician who genuinely cares

My experience with the entire office staff and Dr. Czarnecki was extremely positive. They showed compassion, care and concern. Dr. Czarnecki takes his time and fully explains all care options, making sure that I was fully informed and involved in my care decisions. This provider is personable and actually listens to patient's needs. He seems to be very thorough. All issues and meds were addressed. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

I showed up 20 minutes before my appointment, as the office requested us to be there at least 15 minutes early. 45 minutes later, I was still waiting to be seen. Four other patients who got to the office after I did were taken back before I. I was told it’s because they were seeing other doctors. That may be so, but that’s pretty telling about this doctor and his assistants. I get being a little late, but nearly an hour total wait time is excessive. I ended up having to leave. And while I was in the waiting room, I heard one of the office staff remark that the nurses were not good about returning calls… that a caller had called back a third time this month and still had not received a call back from the nurse. If the staff is having trouble staying on schedule, perhaps fewer appointments need to be booked. It’s disrespectful of people’s time. Had I showed up an hour late to an appointment, it’s doubtful I would’ve been able to keep my appointment. I’ve been to plenty of other doctors’ offices where you may have to wait a little but not nearly an hour. If you’re asking patients to be there early, have the courtesy to not make them wait nearly an hour. I have enjoyed seeing Dr. Czarnecki for about six years now. I started seeing him primarily for his expertise as an osteopath in physical medicine and osteopathic manipulative treatment, but after a few years and having developed dissatisfaction with the primary care doctor I was seeing, I asked him if he would take over that role, despite the fact I live about half an hour from his office, in Enfield, CT. One thing you must know. He is not in a hurry. He does what needs to be done when you are there, so on some days he is uncomfortably behind. That is a very personal issue, but I would rather see that sort of a doctor and occasionally find myself stuck waiting to be seen, knowing that when he sees me, I will get his full attention and the necessary time to provide for the problem I am seeing him for, than to always be seen on time but feel like the visit is rushed to assure a doctor never gets behind on his schedule. I wish I could say more about the Dr., but I didn’t get in to see him. I arrived 20 minutes early (the office asks you to arrive at least 15 mins early). 40 mins later, I still had not been called in to see the Dr. and was told it would still be a while. I understand that things happen and appointments get backed up. But, an hour waiting time is excessive. If I had arrived an hour late, it’s not likely I would’ve been able to keep my appointment. But, it’s okay to make patients wait that long? By what I was told, this wasn’t an anomaly. The receptionist, as she rebooked my appointment, said that I should allow plenty of time, because it typically takes a while. Yet, 4 people who came in after I did were led back to see other doctors without having to wait long. If this Dr. has a consistent issue with “backed up” appointments, it seems the smart thing would be not to overbook. It’s disrespectful to expect patients to be ok to wait an hour before even getting in to see a doctor.

Waited an hour and had to leave. I arrived, as requested, at least 15 mins early (20 mins). Then I sat in the waiting room for another 40 mins. Four patients who arrived after I did were called in first. I was told that they were seeing other doctors. Well, if that’s the case, this doctor needs to stop overbooking. It’s disrespectful to expect people to be okay taking that much time to take out of a work day just to wait in a reception area. I was told it happens. Well, if I had arrived an hour late, would I have been able to keep my appointment? Not likely. If the office consistently has waiting time issues, perhaps there needs to be a reevaluation of the number of patients booked per day.

I had an appointment with Dr. Czarnecki at 4:30pm Wednesday 8/12/2020. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check in and call the office from the parking lot to do that. I arrived at 4:10, checked in from the car and was told to wait for them to call me back when it was time for my appointment. It was 94 degrees outside and I was running the air conditioner in the car on and off to stay comfortable over the next 45 minutes.No call to come in from the office. At4:55 I saw an employee come out with lab pickups and asked her what the delay was. I told her the time of my appointment and that it was hot and my name. She checked with the receptionist and gave me the sign to come in the office. I complained about the long wait and heat and she replied, don't you have AC?They gave me a bottle of water and I proceeded to wait another 20 minutes before being called into my appointment. My complaint is not with the doctor but the procedures used and not followed by your front office staff. I left your office at 6.:10. Dr. Czar neck I was very helpful in explaining an issue I have with my thumb. He also gave me some options to treat the issue. The visit was very informative and gave me the answers I needed.

I've been on several medicines for pain from a debilitating back and finally had a cage and fusion in December. I needed to get off the medicines but it was difficult because I was on them so long. Dr Czarnecki listens and encouraged me to wean off them slowly and safely. I'm almost off the meds I've been on for ten years.

When my husband and I found Dr. Czarnecki, we had been with our primary doctor for 25 years. He was now retiring. I trusted this doctor with my heart and soul. I was sure I would never find anyone to replace him. I tried several and so did my husband. We were not happy with any we tried. My husband had a cardiologist from Hartford Health care and we asked him if he knew of any good primary doctors. He recommended Dr. Czarnecki. We instantly liked him. I especially was hard to please. I immediately felt comfortable with him. He was pleasant, easy going and most of all very, very well versed in the medical field. I call him for everything. I feel he always takes the best care of both my husband and I and always makes sure he checks everything out . He will research answers for you, Give you his best medical advice, ask you all the right questions. I even went to a Gastroenterologist recently and did not like the answers or advice I was given and felt Dr. Czarnecki would know better and went to see him. My husband and I think the world of him and trust his knowledge and intend to stay with him until the end of our lives. Dr. Czarnecki and his entire office are doing a great job for their patients in the Covid-19 environment. Office visits are more efficient and safe than ever. Wait time is minimal if at all, which is great! Doctor is his usual helpful, patient and professional self as always.

I had severe pain for about 9 months which kept me from playing golf..... it seemed to be a back/hip issue that would not heal.....I tried PT but that was not the answer ......Dr Czarnecki correctly diagnosed it as a particular muscle problem .....and the specialized treatment he used completely alleviated the problem..... He is a knowledgeable, competent, skilled doctor; he is professional, friendly and explains everything in as much detail as you request....I am confident that if you have a sports injury the doc will take care of it to your complete satisfaction ....

I went in for a routine follow-up check. But I had recently experienced a death in my family of a beloved person.I had not expected to speak about the experience. But my doctor knows me very well, my personality that is. So when he asked how I was a gave knee-jerk response, and he knew I wasn't being quite honest. When I finally got to telling him what I was depressed about, he was thoughtful and asked me several questions. I assured him that I'd call if I thought I was getting deeper into depression. Dr. Czarnecki is my primary care physician, and he's been great. I've seen him for both annual physicals and a few, minor, acute problems. He's great...he's kind and courteous, and has always been respectful. He listens well, and always makes me feel comfortable.
