Dr. Gregory H Branham

Dr. Branham did not complete my sons surgery as scheduled. He was running late and decided not to complete the entire procedure leaving us to find another surgeon to complete...and pay for out of pocket. Washington University should be ashamed of this type of behavior. We were fooled by the marketing, dont make this mistake with this Doctor!!!!!

I had a mole on my face removed by Dr. Branham and you can barely see the scar! I was super nervous but he did an amazing job.

Very poor experience. I had a septoplasty and rhinoplasty with Dr. Branham several years ago that improved my breathing, but left my septum crooked and the bridge of my nose bumpy. I then re-fractured my nose last year and went back to him to have my nose fixed... big mistake. The surgery to reset my nose in the proper place was a failure, and he placed temporal fascia over the bridge of my nose to fix the bumps that were left from my initial surgery years ago. The fascia moved post-surgery, and my nose looks more crooked than ever before. And, to top it all off, my nose now has a more prominent cartilage bump on the bridge. It’s no where near smooth or symmetrical.. so upsetting after putting your trust, and money, into a physician that is supposed to be one of the very best. I do NOT recommend Dr. Gregory Branham. Dr. Branham is wonderful. I chose him for my recent septoplasty based on his reputation and experience and was not disappointed. I was nervous about the procedure, so was very impressed with his calm demeanor, patience with my (many) questions and the final result of my surgery. You would never know by looking at my nose that I had anything done, and the improvement in my breathing is incredible. Dr. Branham is wonderful. Dr. Branham was brave enough to do surgery on a damaged nose that orher doctors were afraid to work on. i can breathe again! I am so grateful for his superior skill and kindness.

My life was altered in a horrible way. I suffer mocking all day everyday. The doctor recommended a lip lift when I sought his expertise in rhinoplasty. Which by the way also turned out poorly. I wasn’t familiar with the lip lift procedure, but trusted his suggestions. After all I was referred through Dr.Nayak who is supposed to be one of the best facial plastic surgeons. The surgery that was performed wasn’t of quality nor genuineness. It’s sad that you pay these doctors all this money for them to destroy your appearance and nothing can be done about. Please be very careful when choosing a surgeon. My experience with Dr. Branham was horrible. At my Post Op appointment after listening to him pat himself on his back about how well he did....He told me that it could take a year before I could breathe. Then I had to ask to see my "Pre-Op" pics to settle a disagreement to prove that my nose WAS NOT crooked before my surgery...I had to have another surgeon correct it and was able to breathe thru my nose the day after corrective surgery NOT FUN!!!!

In my opinion, Dr Branham is an artist. My nose has never looked better, but best of all….it works! I am sleeping deeper and waking more rested. My husband, who was with me when the stents were removed post-surgery, hates that he didn’t take a photo. He wishes he had captured the look on my face when I was able to take a breath through my nose for the first time since I was a toddler. My headaches are nonexistent, and I just spent a St. Louis allergy season without a sinus infection!

Dr. Branham was great! I recently had to see him for a closed reduction nose surgery and felt as though I received excellent care from him and his staff. First off he was very personable (which I don't find too often in a specialist) and I felt like he actually took the time to explain the pros, cons, worst case scenarios, etc. to me. If I ever have a need, I would definitely see him again.
