And since we’re adding insult to injury: there’s no parking and they don’t validate. So I’ll have to pay extra for THEIR poor time management

My baby was born low birth weight but he was diagnosed wrongly to be a healthy, chubby baby in the ultrasounds, which is a blunder!!.So my obgyn advised me to cut down on carbs. Due to this my baby faced a lot of complications & low birth weight. BEWARE! I was told my baby is 6.9lb during my 39 weeks but my baby was only 5.6lb during birth. My baby also has a Hypospadias condition & have to get a correction surgery done. I wonder how it wasn’t diagnosed in the fetal ultrasound. I believe we pay doctors only to ensure our baby does fine & there are no complications during pregnancy, but if doctors themselves mislead us, it is really painful & very very disappointing. The woman at the front desk was not warm and welcoming, the exact opposite actually. Dr. D came into the room and when I inquired about feeling the baby move he told me not for a long time. I then told him I felt flutters and he told me it was my imagination. Okay, so the MAN is going to tell a PREGNANT WOMAN that her experience is her imagination? WOW. I know I felt my baby fluttering. Wait time was a little long but worth the wait. I’ve been to another fetal diagnostic center and this experience was by far the best. The male technician was so informative and answered all my questions. The pictures were great! Definitely recommend this place!

First time patients and my wife and I are super happy with this office and everyone working here. The Dr was super fast, efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experience! Thank you!

I can see why there are so polar opposite reviews. The bad reviews do have some valid points. The staff working for the most part are very nice, but they are standoffish. Solution is be firm, at the end they know you are the patient and they will work with you. Yes the lady at the front desk is entirely too loud talking about EVERYTHING- lol. Dr.'s nurse can be very cranky, but remember there are a ton of patients that are needing to be seen. She has to keep the trains moving and the lights on or else everyone will say we had to wait too long. Cut her some slack and here is a novel idea, be nice to her and talk to her as a human being and see how she completley blossoms and how pleasant she really is. Things you should definitely know before visiting this office. Their billing practices: I have Anthem Blue Cross PPO, so naturally a coinsurance is due when I go see them. Every visit I had they'd call only a day prior and quote me the wildest numbers upwards of $2-300+. I don't know about you but I don't have that kind of money ready to give out especially with only 24hr notice. On top of that I used to do medical billing and know that what an office quotes doesn't always turn out to be accurate so I'd only pay maybe $50-$100 max and told them they could invoice me the rest after my insurance finalizes the claim. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU ALWAYS DO THIS! AND SAVE ALL YOUR RECEIPTS. I only had 4 dates of service but they were missing payments I had made and had applied a payment to my account that WASN'T EVEN FROM ME. Thankfully it wasn't a lot of money so whomever it was from shouldn't be too effected. By the end of everything they sent me a final invoice saying I still owed $140. I cross checked my insurances statements and my payments against the statement they sent me and by the end of it they technically ended up owing me money because of the payment that belonged to someone else, but of course I didn't ask for that $ because it wasn't mine. SCARY that they could so easily make these mistakes. Also, you either have to pay for parking or get lucky and find a spot on the street. I hate paying for parking so I never did, but when you're 8+ months pregnant and your feet are the size of watermelons walking is the LAST thing ya wanna do. The doctor- first time mom? Got 10 million questions? Forget about it. He walks in as last minute as possible, slaps jelly on you for images, doesn't bother to try and get any good pics for you and then leaves. He will BARELY explain a thing. I had to stop him from walking out and make him answer my questions and if you do this he becomes annoyed. Seems like of your heart isn't in it anymore it's time to retire buddy because many mom's have too many questions for this kind of attitude. The staff- lady at the front, whom I'm assuming is the doctors wife, is a peach. That being said she has a poor concept of privacy and talks about your visit and finances far FAR too loudly for that tiny office. The other staff in the back are relatively nice and I will say Monica in billing is very sweet. However everyone seems stressed the hell out. The Nurse, whom I guess I will call dark skinned is a CRAB. Does not smile, is NOT happy to help you, rather judgemental and seems like she needs a serious freakin vacation. The office- is tiny. Little to no seating inside. Tacky decorations that could probably be removed for more seats. What a concept! Their equipment is fair enough but if you're going to a specialist and paying out the bum for it I would half expect some decent equipment being utilized so nothing to praise there. All in all if I could do it again, I wouldnt. I would have told my OB to stuff it and found a specialist who takes my insurance that I actually liked. I only came here because my OB referred me to him and acted as if he was my only option. I wish I would have been smarter than that and made a better decision because the way I see it pregnancy and doctors visits are a pain but also part of the magic of watching your baby grow. The people working there were friendly and efficient. After reading negative reviews i wasn’t sure what to expect but I had no issues at all. The doctor was kind and professional, he did a very thorough ultrasound & immediately after the exam was over photos from the ultrasound were sent to my phone and printed for me. The office was clean and pretty. Based on my experience i would go back and i would recommend this doctor to friends. The people working there were friendly and efficient. Faulsly diagnosed the baby with heart condition, be aware. Overcharging insurance companies for services he never performed.

My OB had me make an appointment with my 1st pregnancy & that I should go once every trimester. I was warned by her that if he were to see something in my ultrasound that would be of concern that he might not have the best bedside manner but better to have his professional opinion than not. He's very knowledgeable, respectful. I trust his diagnosis. During my second visit, Dr. Devore said everything looked good so there was no need for me to return for my 3rd trimester ultrasound. Highly recomm

Dr. Devore is OUTSTANDING. I went in for a high-risk ultrasound & didn't even have time to fill out the paperwork; I was seen that fast. His office is clean, organized, & quiet, & his staff is highly professional. He was able to tell the condition of my baby within five minutes, giving me a diagnosis & sending me on my way. He was respectful, courteous, & answered all of my questions. He also didn't try to "milk" more visits out of me either (unlike some high-risk OBs in this valley).

Dr. Devore was very cold and alarming. I went there for my 1st trimester nuchal translucency ultrasound. His measurement was 2.9, which he said was within normal range. Then he went on for 10 min telling me how I must come back for another ultrasound and I'm in a gray area. He said even if my blood work comes back as low-risk, I really need to come back in. He spent more time telling me how I was at risk and needed to come back, than he did with his ultrasound. I would not recommend him.
