Vit, the receptionist was able to get me in next day. From the second I stepped into the office, each and every person I met was kind, positive and welcoming. I've never experienced such a wonderful staff of people in the medical field. Truly. Dr. Watchmaker was informative and swift with his assessment and diagnosis of my finger. It's only been a day, but thanks to his instructions, I think I'm already seeing a decrease in swelling and increase in mobility. The office also takes COVID precautions seriously which I appreciate. They also note the data and reasoning behind the actions they are taking for COVID safety which I think is awesome. I'd recommend this team to anyone! Pleasant staff, great explanations. Gave options based on his professional opinion. I was having significant pain and couldn’t get an appointment within a reasonable time frame anywhere else! Thanks for getting me in, and giving me relief of the pain within 24 hrs!

Dr. Watchmaker is without a doubt the best doctor I have ever been to. While visiting my daughter, I fell and injured my right wrist/hand. He knew I was in a lot of pain and his smile, gentle approach, patience and understanding of my pain and injury was greatly appreciated. He gave me a brace and Celebrex to help me survive the rest of my stay in WI. When I got home, I had a letter in the mail from him recapping my diagnosis and his findings. I had to be seen here by a local hand specialist and he was thrilled to receive the doctors recap and acknowledged how appreciative he was that doctor Watchmaker took the time to do this He was spot on with his diagnosis too. WI you are blessed to have such an amazing doctor available when you need him. Thank you Dr Watchmaker and thank you to your kind, efficient staff. What a TEAM!

I had hand surgery in 2006 and still find myself feeling grateful for his comforting bedside manner, surgical expertise, and thorough follow up.

I sadly tolerated the pain in my hands for a long time until it impacted the quality of life.... as an artist/jewelry designer my hands are crucial to what I do... we take our hands for granted and all the previous little injuries do finally add up.....the option of having a shot of cortisone was chosen and in a few days it has quieted the constant pain to a tolerable level somewhat like the botox I get for my migraines ... it doesn't make them go away it reduces the pain by half.... so I thank you for relief in this crazy Covid year. Was referred to Dr Watchmaker by multiple people. Found him courteous and professional. I have a sense of trust in him and feel confident in his care.

Dr. Watchmaker and his staff are excellent — caring, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and very COVID-careful. He’s well known around Milwaukee and highly regarded by physicians and physical therapists as THE person to see for hand issues. A first-rate practice!

I have never in my life met a surgeon with the respect, compassion and willingness to help and a demeanor to go with it like Dr. Watchmaker. Had I known about him first I would not be in the horrible situation with my fingers I am in now. Just meeting him has made my stress level go down a hundred percent. He explained everything to me, showed me what is happening and with one visit I feel confident I would not let another surgeon touch my fingers but him! He has a tough situation to fix and I feel it will be the best it could be at this point!! Everyone I meet knows him or has been to him or knows someone who has been to him. Dr Watchmaker is so personable and intelligent in his interaction with me that I actually enjoy my visits. The staff that he has put in place is welcoming and efficient and may you feel at ease. This is a great place to receive care, best health experience I have ever had and I have always had good care. Do not hesitate to trust these people.

Dr. Watchmaker and his whole office system is wonderful. He’s extremely knowledgeable. Everything is so efficient, but also very caring. He has a very organized system for education, as well as interventions for paid relief. Highly recommend him and his office.

Simple carpel tunnel release nearly killed me! Day after surgery swelling in my arthritic thumb and wrist sent my pain off the chart. Blood pressure was 270/180. Called, told him, went in, he looked at it and said it was unrelated to his surgery, and gave me a script for celebrex. Went to the emergency rm. where, for $500 at least I was treated with compassion and got the relief I needed. This man is an egotist with little or no empathy. I walked in in pain and pretty acute anxiety. Middle finger on both hands swollen and in locking mode. The staff was pleasant and Dr. Watchmaker was so thorough and understandable. I anticipate the best outcome but trust Dr Watchmaker regardless and have no doubt my outcome will ultimately will be perfect.

He performed surgery on my wrist and it made it worse. Would not recommend him.

Dr. Watchmaker is an excellent doctor. From the beginning to the end of my care, I give Dr. Watchmaker my very top rating of a 10. His staff is very attentive and caring, which is a big plus to the 10 rating!!!

In 2011, Dr. Watchmaker treated my trigger finger with a cortisone shot. Sept. 2019, I just went back -- for same issue. Eight years between occurrences seems spectacular to me. He also noted that I was using a left-handed splint for a right-hand tremor! No wonder the thumb complained. On the spot, he gave me a proper one -- much more comfortable! Wish every doctor were as friendly, competent, and responsive as Dr. Watchmaker.

My experience with Dr Watchmaker and the staff at the Mequon clinic is one that you would hope for and expect at a physician’s office. The services I received have not disappointed. Dr Watchmaker answers questions thoughtfully and in a way you can understand. And he provides exceptional care. I’m greatful that he and Lou Ann appreciate my somewhat weird sense of humor.

A very friendly and thorough diagnosis and explanation of my wrist problem. Dr. Watchmaker gave me several treatment alternatives and I finally (after 50 years) understand my condition and am satisfied with my treatment choice.

Dr. Watchmaker did an excellent job of educating me about my medical situation. He was concerned about my level of pain and quality of life, and provided me all the possible options that I could consider. He wants his patients to be comfortable and part of the decision process in providing the best possible care. After surgery, the therapy that I received was top notch. I had trigger thumb surgery and I'm going to have the other one done soon. I just can't get over everyone's kindness and caring ways before and after the surgery. Dr. Watchmaker is the BEST Dr. and is just so awesome!! I would never go to another DR, as long as he is covered under my insurance I will be his patient whenever I need something done. I saw Dr. Watchmaker following a wrist injury playing basketball. His office operated very efficiently, and I was seen at the time of my scheduled appointment. He thoroughly explained my injury (fractured wrist) and offered solutions for healing. Knowing that I would not comply with a brace, I had a cast placed on my wrist. I couldn't be more satisfied with the care that I have received and continue to receive. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Watchmaker took the time to explain the reason I would benefit from surgery and showed genuine care, which is not the case with other clinics out there.

I experienced a very enjoyable experience in being treated by Dr. Watchmaker and his staff. I found Dr. Watchmaker to be very skilled and caring in treating my Dupuytren's Contracture. Additionally, his entire staff provided the same level of excellent care in dealing with any questions or issues that arose throughout my office visits.
