Do yall EVER answer the phone? I’ve been calling since 9:00 am constantly and voice mail . It’s 3:48 and I’ve yet to get anyone on the phone or returned my calls. Very bad for business !

First let me say why I rated it a 2 and actually that was hard to give .... but there were some of the staff that was helpful .... ok, I went with my daughter, 46 yrs. old, to her appt. which was scheduled with DR. GORDON RUSSO ... once in the room the nurse came in and did what they do and we were told he would be right in, unfortunately here walks in a young lady, Ms. Sullivan, not a word of why Dr. Russo wasn't there nor did she introduce herself as a physician asst. We figured so and the nurse confirmed it --- well, let me say this - I was not upset as much that she wasn't the dr. - it upset me b/c she refused to let my daughter speak about how all came about with her skin problems and the several dr.s diagnosis ... she kept stopping her and had no interest in hearing any of it .... it was as though she had her diagnosed when she walked in the door but at the same time she wouldn't answer my daughter when she asked what it was ... what was her diagnosis - I mean she couldn't be around anyone for two / three mths. she had been going to the other dr.s and being diagnosed with cellulitis or impetigo from staph .... treated three times and kept coming back as soon as she was off of antibiotics... so finally she was referred by a dr,. to DR. GORDON RUSSO .... well, I want to add this also before I finish up about Ms. Sullivan, she would not give my daughter a diagnosis and she kept asking so she could be clear on what to say to all who thought she was contagious,,,, she only repeatedly said I am giving you a healing process since there is no sign of infection .... no culture could be done she also said and she just kept cutting my daughter off and again would repeat what she was treating - healing is what she claimed to be doing but never ever said a word of what she was healing since she said there was no infecctions by looking at her and nothing else... we were only in with her for few moments, then when checking out at desk my daughter actually asked if the receptionists knew what was in her chart as diagnosis and they told her neurotic excoriations .... Ms. Sullivan NEVER mentioned that to my daughter or even implied it and we had never heard of it... came home and did our own research on it and this would have been a much better review of the service she received if Ms. Sullivan had actually said to her what she wrote down .... My daughter was open to hear whatever it was and to try to do all it took to heal .... I am certain this is not of an interest to most of you but I can tell you it sure is to me and my daughter ..... that is huge the way she was handled by Ms. Sullivan, Physician Assistant of Dr. Gordon Russo ! My credit card was charged without any notice that an amount was even due. My insurance company did not pay for $150.00 of my treatment. I received no phone call or notice of this or that I even had a balance with them. I was only there a month ago, so the balance was NOT delinquent. I will NOT be returning for that reason.
