Dr. Napoe performed a cystoscopy to determine why there is blood in my urine. I was woefully unprepared for the procedure, all risks were downplayed, and the horrendous pain involved was described repeatedly as mild discomfort. The instrument used was a long, rigid, metal tube that was thrust into my urethra, not the flexible tubing described. I have not been able to sit for three days and I am sure I have a UTI as a result. No follow up from the physician's office. Leaves me wondering about the experience of this provider. I would not recommend this provider
