Dr. Gloria Steven’s has been my dermatologist for many years. I have an extensive skin cancer history including two past melanomas. Dr. Steven’s is the most knowledgeable, thorough and kindest dermatologist I have ever seen. If you are looking for a dermatologist, I highly recommend Dr. Steven’s and she is my first choice.

SCAM! This place is nothing but hungry on your money and dime! They first told me they accepted my insurance and that I was in network and after two appointments which were no longer than 10 mins. 1st) visit was a consultation and simply extracted blackheads on my nose. 2nd) visit they just recommended me to buy some products and told me to go next door to the pharmacy they are in kahoots with. Sure enough just like other reviewers mentioned below they dropped my insurance without letting me know!!!!!!!!! & the only reason I found out was because my insurance contacted me that my claim was denied & I was due for payment over $200 for each visit! Absurd and unprofessional of this doctor office! Someone is not doing their job right or they are luring you in telling you “they accept your insurance” !! Don’t bother with this business unless you want unexpected bills and having to deal with insurance claims!

Dr. Liskanich is an amazing physician! Aside from being knowledgeable in his profession, he is very charismatic and cares about his patients. I had seen multiple physicians for my severe acne, none of them could help me. I was very desperate since my acne was only getting worse. Dr. Liskanich’s acne treatment was very effective. After the first month my face was about 80% free from acne. After the second month, my face was unrecognizable. My skin had never been so smooth and acne free. I know Dr. Ronald Stevens for the last 30 years he was the only one out of 3 other Dermatologist that Dx. My children with scabies. It was a big relief after my children already had developed burrows on their elbows. It took us 10 months to get cured a living nightmare. I’m always grateful that I found him. Couldn't even talk to a receptionist on the phone. They automatically put you on hold then forget about you. I was placed twice on hold for 15 minutes with a courtesy reminder that they still know you're waiting. So I wouldn't waste my time giving them business.

I have had problems with acne and acne scars due to health issues and I have seen many people in the past 10 years. Whatever is out there you name it, I have tried it. I regret not coming to Dr. Liskanich and Dr. Stevens sooner. The moment I came they handled my adult break outs right away. After that, I went ahead and start working on my scars and every treatment Dr. Liskanich has recommended has improved my scars up to 70% (I know I can’t go back to perfect as some are deep). I went from covering my face with make up to a tinted moisturizer as my daily make up. The happiness and increase confidence they have given me back I can’t repay them enough. I waited a little bit first visit then I get send within 5 minutes which is the norm for any doctors office or even better than others, so I don’t understand the other reviews . I am giving an extra star because Dr. Pham is great! Otherwise, one-star due to them dropping our insurance provider AFTER we scheduled our appointment and not letting us know. We found out because our insurance denied coverage for being out-of-network, but we verified they were IN network at the time of scheduling the appointment. Then, I called their office to see if they'll accept payment over the phone or online, but before I had a chance to ask anything, I was put on hold. After 10 minutes on hold, I called back and got the recording that they are "out of the office" -- twice! -- at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday, when they are supposedly open until 5:00. IF you want to have a great visit with a dermatologist, see Dr. Pham, but if you want a hassle-free billing situation, definitely go elsewhere!!!!!!! I didn't give five stars as I'm still in the healing stages. Dr. Liskanich did CO2 laser on my face; eye lids; neck; ear lobes and so far I see quite an improvement. I think this doctor is quite knowledgeable in what he is doing and would highly recommend him to others.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stevens for almost 25 years. She is an amazing dermatologist who has helped me through a rare pregnancy skin rash, post surgery scar healing, and yearly skin checks. She recently found a skin cancer spot on my face early on, which I am able to have treated. She is very thorough, listened attentively, and truly cares. I can always trust her treatments are state of the art and will be carried out with great expertise. There is at times a wait in the office, but it is well worth it. Dr. Stevens has been my dermatologist in excess of 25 years. Her thoroughness and attention to detail has saved my life three times. It was Dr. Stevens careful and thorough examinations that diagnosed my melanoma each time in the early stage that allowed it to be excised without any further treatment. She is a very professional and caring doctor who leaves nothing to chance. Thank God for her consistent care and concern.

I would’ve probably waited another 30min before they let me in. I have been a patient for over 25 years. I appreciate Dr. Stevens professionalism and genuine honest care. Yes, be prepared to wait in the office however I feel it's worth the wait.

I'm extremely pleased and appreciative of the care I've received at the hands of Dr. Liskanich and Dr. Stevens. Over winter break I was bitten by a mosquito and it happened to be infected with a tropical parasite. I went to numerous doctors and my own primary care doctor but no one was willing or able to help me. I was finally referred to this dermatology office and they took the time to thoroughly address the issue. All the doctors in the office took a look at the bite and collaborated on the best steps forward. Dr. Liskanich reached out to a surgeon for further information but in the end was able to remove the parasite at the dermatology office. The procedure was done extremely carefully and I returned to have a couple check-ups regarding the issue. I honestly couldn't be happier. Most of the times I've come to the office, the wait time has been 15 minutes (apart from one very crowded day). Both doctors take the time to very carefully diagnose issues so it's worth the wait. I've also been treated for acne and have noticed a significant difference in my skin. I've been to plenty of dermatologists but none of them have been able to completely clear my skin. It's super easy to pick up prescriptions because there are two pharmacies only steps away. I'd also like to thank the super helpful and friendly staff that works at the office along with the doctors' assistants. This Dr. is very detailed, and hard working lady. Waits in the office are generally up to 3 hours , even with appointments that may take up to 3 months to make. Costs are extremely low; however she tries to sell you insurance policies and is slightly nervous around sharp instruments (we all age). Office run by the girls at the counter in the background. Dr. Stevens and Dr. Liskanich are the most amazing dermatologists here! They are super thorough and I took my entire family here. I even discuss my other medical problems with them. They really take their time with me and their staff is really nice too. Highly recommended!

I first visited Dr. Liskanich's office back in 2012 due to severe cystic acne that was occurring all over my face. He got me on medication and the acne disappeared with a few months. Dr. Liskanich is a determined person and will do what he can to solve any any issue. Everything was organized and professional. Setting appointments and their flexibility with moving appointments around was a breeze. Wait times were extremely short. Sometimes I would call to tell them that I was going to be late by 10 minutes and when I got there, my wait didn't last more than 10 minutes. The nurses/clerks at the front desk are always courteous and professional. I've actually never had a problem while being there. Dr Steven is great. I would highly recommend her. She always takes extra time to really look my skin over. She’s not like other doctors that stop at one extraction or skin issue, she is very thorough in her treatment process. I’ve recommended several friends and family to her.

I am not quite sure what Robert Brunetto, and the other people who wrote negative comments about, but consider the source!!!! I have been going to see Dr. Stevens for over 10 years, and I will not see any other dermatologist. The reason why some people have long wait times is because she takes her time with all of her patients. Unlike some Doctor's who enter your room and they have their hand on the door handle ready to leave you to see other patients, and to make sure they don't spend more than 10 minutes for your care. Doctor Stevens exams are very comprehensive, and to make sure you do not have other problems with the type of care that they provide. The Doctor will make referrals to other Doctor's, but I have never heard her to recommend insurance to anyone. I mean think about it? Since I have very light skin, I deal with multiple skin issues. Finding Dr. Stevens over 20 years ago was the best thing that ever happened to me. The care she gives me puts my mind at ease. My wife had 2 seperate appointments and both were more than 1 hour behind. They either have no time management or could care less about people's schedules. I would never recommend anyone coming to this rude clinic.

A friend referred me to Dr Stevens. Had to schedule a appointment a month in advance. Handed them my insurance card and they said everything is good. Had a mole that was growing and I had concerns about when they removed it they told me that I owed them $900. I told them good charge my insurance then the Dr responded with this os cosmetic and insurance doesn't cover cosmetic shouldn't you tell me that before doing the work. Scam artist do not trust them. There is always a long wait, even if you have an appointment it's usually a two hour wait. This last visit I waited about two months for an available appointment and when I was finally seen the doctor saw me for about 10 minutes. They charge too much and almost always offer medicine they either sell themselves or is outside insurance. The ladies that work at the front are usually rude and of little help. Overall you don't feel cared for, the only thing they make sure to get right is your billing address. I have been going to Dr Stevens and Dr Liskanich for over 20 years. They are kind and helpful and take very good care of me and my skin. When I look in the mirror I think that I'm fortunate that I was referred to their office.

Dr. Liskanich has been my dermatologist for more than a year. I have been through many dermatologists specializing in cystic acne for the last 6 years. I have spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on both Rx and over the counter medication, creams, potions, elixirs etc.... Nothing made a lasting difference. I was embarrassed to leave the house without layering concealers, powders and tons of foundation. My acne was painful both physically and emotionally. Dr. Liskanich is the 1st doctor to truly listen to me and find a program that my skin will respond too. For the first time in my life I am leaving the house without makeup and enjoying my skin without feeling like I need to protect the public from my horrible acne?!?! It's AMAZING. He's patient and extremely knowledgeable. He prescribes things that work and isn't against changing up the regimen until he gets the results we're looking for... My dad would not be alive if it were not for D. Stevens! She found melanoma early in his left upper arm and was able to remove all of it and it has not come back for over 20 years. Dr. Gloria Stevens is by far the best dermatologist I have ever been to. I will go so far as to say she is the best doctor I have ever seen. She is so thorough and cares so much about her patients, you never feel rushed with her. I have seen other dermatologist before and none of them had noticed a spot on my face, I thought it was a pimple that just wouldn't go away, she found it and sent a biopsy in. It turns out that the biopsy was morphia form basal cell cancer. When that type of cancer is on your face it can be very scary because it moves underneath the skin and can take huge portions of your face out. Anyway, if it wasn't for her seeing that and sending it in who knows what would've happened. I will be forever grateful to her. Also, she does amazing work cosmetically. l had her do the spider veins on my legs, remove age spots on my body, and laser the aging skin on my chest all with beautiful results. My family has been patients of Dr. Liskanich for more than 20 years. I would not go to any other dermatologist and have recommended them to many friends over the years. While Dr. Liskanich has been our primary doctor there, we have seen Dr. Stevens and other doctors they have had on staff over the years. We have had total confidence in the quality of care and have had some serious issues properly handled to include the judgment to refer me to an excellent Mohs/plastic surgeon to remove a basal cell carcinoma on my cheek a few years ago. I see some complaints here about the office running late for appointments. Like many great doctors we have had over the years, sometimes there is a wait to be seen. I have found that the best doctors we have had, take extra time with patients if necessary and sometimes that causes appointments to run late. Have been a patient over 15 years. As a golfer with fair skin I have been blessed with thorough exams and professional treatment. At my first visit the clinic found malinoma on my neck that had not been completely removed by a prior clinic. I truly credit Dr Stevens for saving me from a life threatening experience.

From the staff to the doctors, their interaction is first class. I have recommended the office to friends and family and will continue to do so.

I would never dream of seeing anyone but Dr. Stevens. I have had multiple biopsies and she has gotten everyone right in terms of them needing to be looked at and biopsied. There sometimes is a little bit of a wait but I have waited much longer in my internist office than I have at hers. I hope she never retires!

I appreciate the fact that Dr. Stevens takes her time with each individual patient to ensure all of my concerns are addressed. Does that sometimes mean longer wait times, yes. However having a peace of mind is worth it.

Dr. Gloria Stevens performed a chemical peel on my face and the results were fantastic. My face originally had scattered brown spots and after the chemical peel over 90% of them are now gone. She is very kind and gentle and I strongly recommend her. Posted by Cheryl.

Had a chemical peel done by Dr Stevens because I had quite a few age spots and uneven color on my face. The results were amazing it also removed fine lines! Dr Stevens is very gentle and caring. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Gloria Stevens has been my dermatologist of choice since 2004. I had been to numerous dermatologists prior to Dr. Stevens, but none have given me the results that she has. She not only is extremely knowledgeable, but she also sincerely cares about the well being of her patients which, in my opinion, is a large reason why she's so effective. However, I will give a forewarning that because she's such a great and thorough dermatologist there is often a long wait time in the office lobby, regardless of when your appointment is scheduled. Dr. Gloria Stevens has been my dermatologist in excess of 23 years....and saved my life. At times, waiting for her examination has been long (much improved in recent years). the reason for the wait, I discovered, is that Dr, Stevens is VERY THOROUGH and, when needed, will spend extra time to examine throughly and completely. As a result of her thoroughness, a small spot, easily overlooked, did not look good to her. Sent to the lab, melanoma was discovered. Caught early, the area was easily excised with no additional treatment needed. Thank you, Dr. Stevens, for saving my life. I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Liskanich and Dr. Stevens office, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They spent so much time with me and really addressed all of my concerns and questions. I left the office feeling more like family than just a patient. My family has seen Dr. Gloria Stevens for several years now. She is thoughtful, concerned and an outstanding doctor. Others have mentioned the long wait time to see her, I too was taken back by that on my first visit. However, during my first appointment I realized that she gives exceptional care and treatment to every patient that walks through her door, that takes time. She takes the time. Very rude receptionist and there's often a long wait to be seen.

Gloria Stevens and Ron Liskanich are two of the best dermatologists throughout all of Southern California and the Inland Empire. For my entire teenage life they consistently helped treat my acne and did so with consistent professionalism and support. They gave me microdermabrasions, laser treatment and helped recommend creams and antibiotics to battle my acne breakouts. My acne issues were very manageable thanks to the help of Dr. Stevens and Liskanich and I highly recommend their office to anyone in the Inland Empire looking for acne or skin treatment. I had my first appointment to see Dr. Stevens early last week and contrary to some of the reviews below I had a very pleasant experience at this office from the very beginning. The receptionist was accommodating in getting my appointment scheduled for a future date that I felt was appropriate, honestly I would question the quality of any doctor if they regularly had next day appointments open. I was politely addressed as soon as I entered the office by the staff and waited for a maximum of 20 minutes before I got to see Dr. Stevens directly. Dr. Steven's bedside manner instantly reaffirmed with me why I scheduled my appointment with her rather than a different doctor. I felt very comfortable as she practiced great empathy in educating me on my condition and all possible remedies. I had a truly 5 star experience in my visit to Dr. Stevens and would highly recommend she and Dr. Liskanich to anyone seeking cosmetic dermatology in the future. The moment you walk in the door this office provides a pleasant experience. The office staff are very helpful and Dr. Stevens is one of the most knowledgeable and caring doctors I have ever met. She is extremely thorough and takes her time to describe exactly what she finds on your skin every step of the way. She never makes you feel like she is rushing to leave the room and every time she sits down and makes sure she answers all of your questions and concerns properly. Dr. Stevens is always spot on with her diagnoses and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin! Also one of the great things about this office is that there are two doctors, Dr. Liskanich and Dr. Stevens, who have their individual expertise. Combined they make a fantastic team! When one doctor wants a second opinion they just ask the other doctor to come in and look at your skin and then you have two great minds taking care of you. Dr. Liskanich is also excellent at doing cosmetic procedures. You can tell how much experience he has in Botox, Restylane injections and laser treatments. You never have to worry about things going wrong, his work always turns out exactly how you want it to because he knows exactly what he is doing! "THE BEST DERMATOLOGIST EVER!! I have been Dr. Stevens' patient for over 20 years. Dr. Stevens is an Associate Professor at two Universities. CREDENTIALS COUNT!! Her skin exams are more thorough than any other dermatologist that I have EVER been to. The Botox & Restylane keep me looking younger.
