The initial consultation was encouraging to heal the pain I was experiencing The treatment was explained in detail and I must say different from what I was use to, however, it is working and I am feeling better and better. It's a good place to go and get gol shots in your knee. Dr Buford is great. And has really helped me.

I am so impressed, I could barely walk when I came in for therapy...After adjustments and therapy I can go shopping and do things with my family again. I have been going to Dr Buford's office about a month now. I have experienced almost no pain in some days. I'm not a couch potato no more. I'm moving more!!!

Came back to his office after being gone about 2 years, in alot of pain. It took a while but I'm feeling so much better. I still have back/knee pain but it is way better than before.

I have never been to a chiropractor before but after my first adjustment I had the best nights sleep that I have had in years! Dr. Burford and his crew are miracle workers!

I started coming to Dr. Burford’s office in February of 2018. I had stem cells done in both knees. Everyone I know tells me they can tell how much better I am walking. I loved this place so much that I started working for him! I retired from GI Nursing, and now am back helping the Nurse Practitioner and patients.

Very personable and caring.

Dr Burford saw me after a major car accident. I have fully recovered. Him and the office staff were very compassionate and understanding. The pain I suffered is totally gone. I had a total of 7 fractures throughout my body. I have returned to former health (before accident) with no left over pain or problems. The therapy was different and very easy to do. Actually I got relief from it. He has a unique office that can help everyone. It was a joy going to his office. I highly recommend him.

Love the place, the doc. and staff! Recovering from major stroke and it's been a long, challenging recovery. I can find the help I need here 2x a week. Been getting everything I need without going to different places. Both chiropractic care and full therapy sessions are helping me recover much faster than self care. I recommend Ideal Health Solutions because they are the solution .

If I could give negative stars I would. All of your high dollar bills are to support his Scientology fund. I know this because I went to a job interview with him & the first part of the interview was a “competency/personality” test-which I later found out was actually some Scientology oxford test to see where you would rank. On the actual job interview-he tried to convert me to Scientology & when I refused he then proceeded to tell me there were no job openings available at that time. I left & never looked back. Not understanding how a special promotion costing $30+ dollars ended up in this Dr billing my insurance company for $495. I couldn't commit to a $1,500. Fee for treatment when there was no discussion of a diagnosis? Never discussed what they revealed? No good business practice.

Having a rotator cuff tear and arthritis in my shoulder, I thought the only way to get relief was surgery. That is until I saw Dr. Burford! His therapy regimen and adjustments have extended my range of motion thus avoiding surgery. Way to go, Doc! Oh, and it's always fun to go in there...he's such a hoot!

Awesome doctor!!! Awesome people who help him too!! You will feel you are home!!!! When you came in for treatment!!! And trustme! I know what my pain is after i got injured!!! Been years find someone to be able fix me with no surgery or medication!!! I can be able standing for longer now!!! And alot different!!! I'm a skeptic.. I'm just gonna put that out there... However, I have had back problems for a long time and I needed relief, bad!! I went (not looking for much relief, just to be nice to the person who invited me) to see Dr. Burford in Collierville and the first time I met him I knew I was in for it. Not only is he an amazing doctor, he is also a really awesome person & has an amazing staff that work with you. And, seriously, I haven't ever felt better... if you need help because your back hurts, etc, you need to call them. It's not just him popping your back, it is also therapy. The whole place is awesome and the staff is beyond wonderful. Give yourself or a friend the gift of not hurting this Christmas!!! Go see him!!! Seriously. I can't explain it, I don't know why I don't hurt besides him and his therapy and staff. I don't take medicine for back pain or anything anymore and that is awesome! I've been to multiple places for my back and they all said the same thing, "don't pick up your child and take these muscle relaxers." No thanks!!
