Very unhappy with wait time. Waited almost 3 hours for my 2 year old daughter to be seen and the doctor spent less than 5 minutes looking at her.

My daughter has been a Shriner’s patient since she was born practically, after some issues with them. I was referred to Dr. Ghali by a third party. Himself and his staff were incredibly helpful and polite. I learned more about what my daughter needed in the 20+ minutes I spoke to Dr. Ghali, than I’ve gotten in the last year and a half from Shriners. We’ll be coming back to him again and again. I cannot recommend enough!

He butchered my 30 year old friend with mandible cancer..told him no chemo needed...they did not listen and now 90 % of cancer gone....he's inconsiderate, doesn't care anymore...do not even consider this inhumane so called doctor

He did an amazing job on my son's jaw and was awesome with my grandson at his visit.

Dr. Ghali and his team, Dr. Edwards, and Dr. Brockman, are all amazing. They go out of their way to answer any questions that you may have. Dr. Ghali made me feel safe and comfortable about my surgery. He listened to all my concerns and really explained my plan of care well. The care that Dr. Ghali and his team have provided me during this journey has made all the difference. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. I would recommend Dr. Ghali and his team to anyone.

Dr. Ghali’s staff is wonderful! He is thorough in his evaluation and honest with his patients about their care needs and everything that is involved. He allows time for questions and explains all options available so the patient can make the best decision regarding their care. He is a very sought after surgeon and they work diligently to get all patients scheduled and evaluated as soon as possible. They are compassionate, understanding of patient anxiety and caring. Our community is fortunate to have Dr. Ghali and his staff here to provide care for our community.

Dr.Ghali and his team was extremely intelligent! They really know their stuff and easy to talk to. No long wait it was streamline and I was back on the road home

If I could give this Doc 10 stars I would. My Mom was certain she would NOT have a necessary procedure. Dr Ghali was nothing less than amazing with her. I expected a large battle with my Mom, but Dr Ghali smoothed the way and now she's ready to have the surgery! Those who take care of elderly parents know you can't even put a price on that.

Even though Dr Ghali could provide surgery for facial bone break, he explained it was not medically necessary and would only be a cosmetic improvement. I appreciated his explanation and attention when answering all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Ghali!!

Dr Ghali and Dr Edwards examined my mouth and said I am ready for surgery. The staff there is like family. They are warm and friendly.

I had a very good experience with these guys, great facilities and great staff. Dr. Ghali is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I’m, someone, who suffers from mental illness and gets extremely anxious, on a first time visit with any Doctor. I definitely give Dr. Ghali and his entire staff 5 stars. I was running late, feeding fuel, to the, anxiety. The sweet receptionist, put, me, at ease, immediately. Thank you all.

Great Doctor

Dr. Ghali is an honorable man & doctor! Not only is he kind & concerned for his patients, but he gives his valuable time & shares his skills with kids in 3rd world countries with facial deformities. What an awesome gift to share with the truly poor & forgotten. Dr. Ghali has lead the left team working with my son for the past 18 years. Best choice we have ever made and well worth the long drives from Texas. Any couples who have children born with cleft lip/palate would be blessed to make the same choice. Always friendly, always caring, wonderful person and doctor.

As a patient of Dr Ghali since before my son was even born with his cleft lip and alveolus in 2013, he is a man that I treasure to be a part of my son’s journey. My son has had two surgeries now and another one coming soon, he has always been up front with me and very descriptive as to what to expect. He went to medical school but has never completed a medical residency program .He has very little medical training compared to a plastic surgeon. He is a dentist practicing with a dental license.

Makes you feel like you matter and comfortable about any procedure he will be doing.

I had surgery July 29 for an underbite. Dr.Ghali and his team was very caring and explained everything to where I could understand. I haven't had any pain and I'm on day 2 post op

I'm an older patient and I have nothing but the highest praises for him and his staff, residents & fellow's. They spend as much time as needed with each patient to be through and explain the plan of treatment. To me that's preferable to just running patients through ASAP. He is definitely worth the wait (when necessary).

Sixteen years ago,Dr Ghali was responsible for reconstructing my daughter's face, including a shredded eyelid. She's as beautiful now as she was before the accident. Horrible Didnt Even Get Seen

Dr. Ghali performed a maxillary osteotomy (saw off my top jaw and move it forward to correct underbite) on me the first week of March. With this being my first major surgery I was terrified! I didn't know how I was going to handle recovery and many other things. But what I can say is I love my new and improved bite. And honestly the worst day was the first and second day after surgery. The pain was mainly from the large amounts of swelling. And that I consider amazing. I recommend Dr.Ghali if you need ANY oral surgery. Six years ago, my then 18 year-old daughter underwent an intense surgical correction for a severe underbite that was due to a very recessed upper jaw. It was a long and difficult operation, but the results have been stupendous. Dr. Ghali is a consumate, caring, outstanding surgeon. We nicknamed him "The Wizard of Jaws" and my daughter's enduring, beautiful, corrected smile is a testament to his skill. Thank you again, Dr. Ghali!!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I waited 2 hours past my appointment time, the front office staff was very rude and not personable at all! The waiting room was packed full of patients that didn't get called back until (like me) 2 hours or more after their scheduled time. Dr. Gahli only sees patients one morning a week. Due to so many people needing appointments, his waiting room is extremely full. Sometimes the wait can be more than 2 hours past your appointment time. They need a better system......especially for patients who are recovering from surgery.

I was there Monday , May 14 , 2018. I have never been treated in such a poor and arrogant manner in my life. Funny as I came across his this hospitals name today while reading a thread about arch bar removal. They were making comparisons concerning patients with better insurance coverage. Not funny.
