Dr Hatem took very good care of my eyes and didn’t rush! He did many of procedures until he decided what was best. I trust him a lot! Christina was wonderful! She helped me get through all of this! I was scared because I’m afraid of losing my eyesight but Christina was the best! Very sympathetic and kind! I was so afraid of having to start shots! She kept me calm! Thank you all

Dr. Hatem restored my husband's left eye sight in an emergency surgery. He is so grateful!! We highly recommend him.

Molly the assistant is very helpful very nice and professional. But the doctor is very rude old an angry man he doesn't like questions got up and just walked away without telling us that we were done. A big shout-out to Molly!!!

Dr. Hatem is very qualified and knowledgeable. His staff is excellent! He came in on a Saturday as I was losing my vision. I had a torn retina and a partial tear on the same retina. He immediately did laser surgery that day and sealed both tears. He is very kind with a good sense of humor...he puts your mind at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Hatem. My parents had been coming here for years for their annual retina eye exams. Dr. Hatem may be a very competent specialist -- I don't have the knowledge to judge that. My one star rating reflects how poorly this office is run -- I would bring my mother there for an appointment and there was always an extended wait. The last time we waited over an hour and there were still patients ahead of us. We finally left and I am looking for another care provider. Also, the facility looks rundown and dingy. I will be forever grateful for Dr. Hatem. He saved my vision when I had a detached retina. He took me in ASAP. He is quite, but he knows what he is doing. I am so thankful to be able to see out of that eye! Many thanks to him!

Very good Dr!!!,,,,, he saved my eyesight 20 years ago when I had a detached retina,,, I've been a type 1 diabetic for 42 years and since seeing him in an emergency to save my eyes,,, he's become the only one I trust my eyes with!!!

Needs a better bedside manner. Smart Dr but very rude! Doesn’t listen. Today will be my last visit, I will trust my eye care to someone else. I really liked the ladies in the office, sorry they have to work for such a tool.

Suffered a retinal hemorrhage last summer and Dr. Hatem has done a very good job taking care of me. His staff has been very friendly and accommodating, especially to my mobility needs.

I've been going to DR Hatem for 10+ years for my yearly diabetic eye exams. I've never had a problem understanding anything he has said and he has always been very professional. My only complaint with his office would be that depending on when you go the wait times can be pretty long...usually the earlier you can get there the better off you will be.
