I had my first appointment here in February of 2023, and it was a very pleasant experience. They treated me as if I had been going for a long time. Super friendly and the exam process was super easy. Dr. was very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a new place to get your eyes taken care of.

Everyone was amazing! Check in was easy, the exam went smoothly, trying on frames wasn't stressful or awkward, paying was simple. This team has the routine perfected.

Brought my 4 year old in to get an exam today and it was super easy. My daughter was a little nervous about getting eye drops but after a few minutes with the dr she stated that she was ready for the drops. She was completly comfortable throughout our entire experience there. I definitely recommend Dr. A and her staff.

Dr G is awesome, thorough and knowledgeable. They are even starting to get some fun frames in.

The staff at MEYE are always helpful, responsive and caring! This is the place to go for total care. I feel they care about our overall well being and help to connect our total health with the health of our vision. They are the practice for our whole family.

So refreshing to work with such quality and personable staff. I wasn’t rushed through any of the process , while still having everything be super efficient! My vision needs have never been met with such high standards. Try it! Come see for yourself!

This place was fantastic. Took care of my daughter like family, verified her eye health with some great tips and fit her with some glasses specifically for all the screen time she now has with virtual learning. Some great people, quality service!

Dr. Abdallah and her staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have been going to mEye Vision Care since January 2012 and won't go anywhere else. They are offering curbside service for eyewear pickup. Dr. Abdallah and her family are involved in the Pflugerville community as well!

Our son was visiting from out of town when he developed an issue with one of his eyes. My wife and I have been patients at mEYE in Pflugerville for a couple of years. Even though my son is not a patient, I was able to schedule an appointment for him with mEYE next day. Dr Abdallah provided a thorough examination and discovered the cause of the issue. Since he was unable to wear this contacts during treatment, mEYE was able to make a new pair of glasses with an updated prescription within one hour. The doctor is amazing! The staff are so helpful and nice! They have wonderful frames to choose from! mEYE is the only place I would trust for my vision and style!

The doctor and her staff were all so nice! Everyone was very patient and careful. Dr. Abdallah took time to answer any questions I had and I was given plenty of time to try on virtually every pair of frames in the office. I look forward to returning to mEYE for my annual exam.

After years of this treatment I was fed up and came to Dr. Abdallah and will always go to her! She understood my concern with contacts because of my job, and immediately tried to help me. I walked out of there with comfortable contacts and a relationship with her. By far the best optometrist I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Recent eye exam was complete and my new prescription is working wonders. Dr. Ghada is friendly, professional, patient, and truly concerned about making sure your eyes are getting the care and feeding they require.

In addition to what other reviewers have said to describe Dr. Abdallah I'd add that she's thorough. This was my first time seeing her and it was the most extensive eye exam I've ever had. I appreciate the fact that she really focused on the overall health of my eyes and took the time to explain it all. Dr. Abdallah also went over my insurance benefits with me and did the math to make sure I'd be able to maximize my coverage. I'd highly recommend her to anyone in the market for an optometrist. Do you want to absolutely LOVE your optometrist???? I met Dr. Ghada and after 5 minutes already adored her!! I've never had an optometrist so excited to help fix my problems (and also never had that much fun at an eye appointment, lol!). My eyes have all kinds of weird quirks and I've never been able to wear contacts comfortably, not even for a whole day, and I've tried so many different ones. The second pair Dr. Ghada had me try on were already light-years better than ANY of the previous contacts I've tried over the past 15 years!! I was so happy and excited, I couldn't believe it. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood, showed me all the photos of my eyes, and explained to me WHY contacts have always sucked for me and gave me answers no one else had ever mentioned before that just made so much more sense. Dr. Ghada gets it and I'm so happy I waited the month wait for my appointment. Her personality is amazing and she feels like your friend as soon as she walks into the room. The staff was courteous, professional, and friendly, and also sweet and patient while I tried on probably 20 different frames. I did end up getting some super cute new glasses too but I finally don't feel chained to them forever anymore, now they're an OPTION! This establishment is most definitely one of my favorites here in Pflugerville. They have a wonderful staff and are always going over and beyond to help my son with his vision needs.

My visit with Dr. Abdullah was the best eye exam I have ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable and really listens. As someone with an extensive health history it can be frustrating to go over everything with a new provider but I was at complete ease with her. And she know SO much. My eye exam was very thorough and she caught some things that needed some attention and it's such a relief. She also educated me on things I can do to take better care of my eyes. My husband had an exam with her as well and he couldn't be happier either. Her staff are incredibly kind, efficient, and helpful. She also has a beautiful waiting room for children. She actually took the time and space to give kids and their care givers a beautiful waiting area that's functional and comfortable! Dr. Abdallah is not just talking the talk but she and her staff truly walk the walk as well. My 19 years of age son was home in transition from school to where he is going to be stationed in California. He had a very bad eye infection while in Florida at school and had been taking antibiotic drops for about 5 weeks and the improvement was slow. My wife and I were very concerned about him driving to California with his eye like that and emailed Dr. Abdallah after 11pm thinking she would probably see it the next day. She responded immediately with "Can you have him in my office in the morning at 11:30am". The attention and compassion that she and her staff showed my family was unbelievable. She looked at his eye and immediately said he cannot drive to California like this. Dr. Abdallah went out of her way to call an Ophthalmologist that referred my son to one of the top Cornea specialist in Austin. He was seen the next day. I also really appreciate her dealing with the school district's eye insurance - very few eye doctors will jump through the many hoops that our insurance has. I hate going to the eye doctor the way most people hate going to the dentist....but not anymore ???? They were very patient, kind and Dr. A takes the time to really explain what's going on with YOUR eyes. Hands down the best eye care provider I've ever been to. The staff is really good at making your visit more personal. Not a "you and an X number of people" and categorization kind of office. When you are there, it doesn't matter if there is 1 or 100 people waiting, it's about you and your eyes and the best way to keep them healthy.
