I lost a temporary crown when out for dinner on a Tuesday night, and called Dr Raab’s office first thing the next day. Diane, the hygienist was doing paper work, and was the only one in the office; she invited me to come immediately, which I did. She reattached the crown, and refused to take any payment. Diane was also extremely nice while being so helpful!

So helpful and welcoming. Well worth it.

My husband and I were patients of Dr. Raab until he gave my husband a crown. When he came home I asked to see it and it was black. I told him that was unacceptable and go back and tell the dentist. He told him and he refused to fix it. The metal was showing through the porcelain making the crown very unattractive. Do not go to this dentist.

In from Maryland on Vacation and my Veener came off. Not a pretty sight for sure. Call the office of Dr. Rabb at 9am and they had me in by 11 am. Dr. Rabb was outstanding in his approach to correcting the problem and his office staff was very efficient in contacting my insurance company. Highly recommend.
