Dr. Hale is great, but his scheduler is definitely lacking in answering the phone!

Great Doctor

Dr. Hale is wonderful. He’s caring and does everything possible to relieve pain. I have been going to him for about six months and am very pleased with my progress. His staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Hale was recommended by two of my other M.D. doctors. One of them actually said, “He’s my go to’ guy.” referring to Dr.Hale.

I went there on Oct 4 2019 and got a shot in my neck. I was pain free for two months.I have tried numerous times to get another and am in great pain. My wife and I have called the scheduler and nurse many times and not a call back.The Dr is great but the staff really is lacking compassion.

Although Dr. Hale is a personable physician he's fallen into the arena of doctors who refuse to go the extra mile for a patient. With recent laws in effect regarding opioid-based medications for treatment of chronic pain Hale voluntarily restricts his ability to properly write scripts matching the patients individual circumstance. He's now using the "one size fits all" method of prescribing. Many patients living in serious pain are not adequately treated according to TIPS Mission Statement.

He has done wonders controlling my pain from my severe back problems. I hold him and his P.A. in the highest regard. Re the comment awhile back re the poor scheduler - that person is no longer there, and the new scheduler is very prompt in returning calls. I have been under his and his P.A.'s care for many years.

This Doctor has great compassion for his patients. The whole staff is friendly and willing to help you, anytime. Dr. Hale is very knowledgeable in every aspect of Pain Management and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

Excellent experience with having an injection in my neck. I would highly recommend him & his staff.

Excellent care, very professional and kind. Found a lot of my back pain was caused by my needing hip replacement. Highly recommend!

Dr Hale is awesome. His scheduler is very poor. She returns calls a week later if she returns them at all. Time for the unemployment line!

My experience with Dr Hale was excellent. He and his staff were informative before the procedure. I had no pain during my epidural. So far, this treatment has alleviated my hip pain. I would definitely recommend Dr Hale.

I have been with Dr. Hale for over 10 years now. I do not know where I would be today without his expertise and support. A friend suggested I go to him after a NOT-SO pleasant experience with a different specialist. But this has been a great fit and I am grateful for the support over these years through some pretty tough physical challenges.
