Incredibly smart, fantastic bedside manner, and really explained everything for us. She is just so nice and we are very appreciative of the care she gave our son and us.

Dr. Brockway spent an extraordinary amount of time answering our questions and was extremely thorough in her neurologic examination of my daughter as well as her explanations. Her staff, especially nurse Karen, were also all amazing and made us feel at ease and well cared for !! Highly recommend! Very pleased :)

We love her . been seeing her since 2014 for my daughter's Epilepsy .

Dr. Brockway is wonderful! We happily drove two hours to the Huntersville office for the appointments. On one occasion we were past the 10 min office policy an were able to be fit in a few hours later. We tried other doctors closer to home but none could compare to the treatment care and explanation that we received from the entire staff. As we have relocated out of state we are forced to seek a new doctor, however Dr Brockway an staff still continue to go above an beyond by assisting us in the transition of care. I just can not speak highly enough of this team. Dr. Brockway is wonderful! We happily drove two hours to the Huntersville office for the appointments. this Dr does not listen to a parent and thinks she knows everything instead of listening to the parent. She is hesitant to send for a second opinion even at parents request

Dr.Brackway is great and will take care of your needs but the office policies aren't right. They only allow you to be 10 minutes late before they cancel your appointment. We were scheduled to have an important surgery consult for my disabled daughter and live an hour away. Dr. Brockway has always been worth the drive but this time we got treated horribly for being 13 minutes late. We left over an hour and 30 minutes early BUT we hit two construction zones and the minute we knew we were running late we called and she said as long as were not more than 10 minutes late we'll be fine and she encouraged us to hurry. At that time the GPS said we'll get there within the 10 minute window. So we continued driving and I made sure to pass everyone I could and drive safely but with an extreme urgency so we'd get there in time. We hit another construction zone on HWY 601 and were cutting it close by the GPS but were in concord already so we didn't want to turn around as we were 15 minutes away. The wait was long as there was tons of construction dump trucks entering and exiting the work site. We were cutting it very close but I sped as fast as I could and we called at exactly 9 minutes late and told her we were dropping my wife off so she could run up and check us in and I would park the car and grab my daughter and run (shes 6 and has a walker and can't walk very fast). My wife called the office and spoke to someone as she was about to run up since shes in the parking lot. After dropping my wife off I parked as quick as I could and literally ran with her and by the time I got up there it was 15 minutes late. My wife was 13 minutes late and at first the receptionist told her that if the next patients don't show up we could have their spot but then ended up showing up so my wife came running and crying her eyes out to let me know they won't see us. I was very upset and frustrated that my wife was on the phone with the lady and she could of easily checked us in knowing we were in the parking lot and 9 minutes late so we could of been on time! and also upset we waited MONTHS! for this appointment. If your looking into going to this office and live more than 10 minutes away I'd rethink it as its not right. 10 minutes isn't enough time and stuff happens like construction zones and all and even if you leave early you could be late and wasted your time and money driving to the office to be told no we can't see you. Now we decided to give them one more shot and a few days before the appointment we get a call saying dr.brockway won't be in the office so we have to reschedule and wait another few months for an appointment! Its just not right. Its not myself or my wife thats going to suffer, its my disabled daughter. Dr.Brackway is great and will take care of your needs but the office policies aren't right. NIGHTMARE! WARNING! My child overdosed and after trying to talk to Georgi Brocjway and requesting a second opinion my child was banned from the hospital and all affiliated. A new neurologist with tons of experience stated Brockway was not following normal neurology practices completely took my child of the med Georgi had increased beyond my child's safe weight limit and found out it was not doing a thing. This Dr. thought she was smarter so wouldn't listen. Medically, the paperwork, disagrees.
