Dr. Mueller's office is fully COVID safe. You first stop outside the office to have your temp taken and given a disposable mask. Once in the waiting room there are few seats available as the rest are closed due to COVID-19. The staff was very respectful of people's rights; however, they have chosen a mask only facility. Dr.Mueller and his staff are the BEST. I have thin and deep veins. He had to make me a fistula for dialysis. It came out perfect. (Fat and juicy).The after a while I had trouble at my dialysis center he called on some of his staff members to talk to me (which he did not have to do). It helped for a while but the cramping got worse and then I started retching . I decided to go to a different center. I came to his office and told him my story. He immediately called the doctor in charge . They fixed the problems and I haven’t had a problem since. He didn’t have to do these things. I will be forever grateful. Dr Mueller has been a lifesaver for my friend on dialysis. He has consistently monitored her fistula/graft. Many times he has gone in to fix a problem and gotten her right back to dialysis. We are so very grateful for not only his expertise but also his kind attention to our needs. God bless him.

Dr. Mueller Performed an Emergency Surgery starting at 12:30 at night, & didn’t finish saving my life for several hours. I’m told that he started surgeries that day early in the morning, & continued until he finished my surgery. As tired as I’m sure he was, he took the time to assure me that all was well after the surgery. He could have said that he was tired & let a less experienced, less skilled surgeon attempt the intricate surgery to remove the stage 3 Cancer, but he took the time to do it himself. As a 60 something patient with multiple ailments, I've seen many doctors in various fields. Dr. Mueller is one that truly cares about his patients health. I would vigorously recommend him to anyone.

When we went to meet him for the first time. He made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Dr, Mueller is one of the finest doctors that I have ever met. He is beyond kind and considerate. He truly cares about his patients. Unlike so many medical offices that make you feel like a paycheck, Dr. Mueller and his staff take the time to care for each and every one of his patients. I have absolutely no qualms in referring ANYONE to Dr. Mueller. Dr. Mueller saved my husband’s life after he had visited 4 other vascular surgeons in Palm Beach County complaining of extreme pain in his leg. Each of the other so called “Dr.s” took a look at his chart , eyed his leg and reported that he had varicose veins. Basically pay your bill and go away. When we saw Dr. Mueller he listened and then did something so simple. He put his hands on both of my husband’s ankles searching for a pulse. There was none at all in the leg that was his extreme pain . He had a totally occluded artery that needed a complete by pass. . If you want to wait till the cow jumps over the moon then their office is for you. Muller does care how long you wait for him cause he thinks he is God. He is older then dirt and should go into retirement. It should be less then one star.

I was referred to this office from my primary care physician. The first two office visits got canceled after waiting for an hour after my scheduled appointment both times, because the office informed me Dr Mueller got called away for emergency surgeries across the street at Bethesda hospital. They say three times a charm so once again I made another appointment to see Dr mueller. After experiencing chronic daily pain after a simple hernia surgery in May of 2020 my surgeon suggested I see a pain management doctor. After he tried nerve block and steroid injections to no avail to alleviate my pain that's when I went to see doctor mueller. He might have a ton of experience locally but he and great reviews as a surgeon he has absolutely no bedside manners whatsoever I could go on and on but my suggestion is to anybody seeing my review stay away. Dr.George Muller did an excellent job on my husband. My husband had a strange knot on his back in a unusual spot. It was a Tuesday when Dr. Muller exmaine a knot on my husband's back. He measure the knot. My husban and I came back that following Saturday. Dr. Muller measure the knot again and saw that it grew again. He immediately schedule surgery for my husband on the following Tuesday. When Dr. Muller remove the mass, he saw that it was cancer. We learned that the cancer was lymphoma and it was in the first stage. Follow up, my husband had kemo, and radiation. Currently, my husband is cancel Free for 4 years. Dr. Mueller is a great surgeon. But the office has very poor patient service. Dropped off 1 paper work for them to fill out to submit for supplemental insurance about 1 month ago and until now they have not done anything about it followed up on it 3-4 times already with Susie Dr. Mueller's medical assistant still nothing. Very frustrating. The paperwork was very simple to fill out. Doesn’t take a genius to fill it out.

Very good surgeon. Procedure went fine. It's a very busy office and it's hard getting through and they don't seem to return messages. But most doctors offices are like that now days.

2 1/2 hour wait. Saw Dr. at 6:30 on a 4 o'clock appt. Low on communication skills. His answers mainly mono-syllabic YES and NO. Proposed a radical uber-surgery to remove a liver cyst that would have had me feeling like a Benihana onion. Second opinions have come in from other Dr's. who are specialists that propose no surgery at all. Just observation. I suggest getting a second opinion before following this surgeons opinion.

I am seven days post op open-heart surgery. I was discharged from the hospital with no pain meds. I haven’t been prescribed a narcotic since 2011, to my recollection. I did feel I was in good hands for my unexpected heart surgery. But One of my biggest fears for this surgery has been pain. And I’ve now been in immense pain since my discharge. And I did call the office & no response. I do find it a questionable medical decision to discharge an open-heart surgical patient with no pain meds.

I am giving them a 1 star due to they never answer their phone and don't call back. We have an appt on a saturday and for me that is unlikely as normally doctors don't work on that day. Dr. Mueller may not have the warmest bedside manner, but he is an excellent surgeon and truly wants his patients to get better. He performed two surgeries on me and I would never go to any other general surgeon. When I knew something was up I went to his office and his staff squeezed me in. When I was told he was on-call at the hospital I went over and told the hospital I needed surgery and Dr. Mueller was my surgeon. Dr. Mueller came and saw me and boom I was in and out of surgery.

Dr. Mueller would not return my repeated calls to him about surgical procedures and other options. He also would not give me documentation about a surgical procedure in a hospital. His lack of communication makes me extremely wary about continuing as his patient and I am not satisfied with his care.
