I wish I could give no stars. This âDoctor,â rather than actually diagnosing and treating me, pawned my symptoms off as âcoronavirusâ even after I already had one negative test from 3 days prior. He refused to give me any pain medicine, or fluids Because âcoronavirus doesnât react well to fluids, and you can take absolutely nothing except Tylenol for COVID.â I DIDNT HAVE CORONAVIRUS yet he INSISTED I DID because their tests were only 70% accurate... Even though I couldnât hold anything down, My urine was extremely dark, and I was obviously in distress, all he mustered to do for me was have his nurse give me ONE.... bag of fluid. Afterwards he told me to go home take Tylenol, and quarantine. No treatment at all now after two visits and now TWO negative coronavirus tests. The following morning I had to be rushed to the nearest hospital, DePaul, where they found my liver functions were failing, and my white blood cells count was down to 1.5. The same numbers this doctor saw on my labs and decided to just send me out the door to die of organ failure. The doctors at DePaul immediately hooked me up to fluids, including antibiotics because they were competent enough to realize I my body was losing the fight to something and time was of the essence. Iâm now entering my 5th day of being hospitalized, not knowing if my liver function will return to normal, all because this âdoctorâ caused me to delay getting proper treatment when he didnât want to have to work any harder than telling his nurse to do 3 swabs. I canât believe this man is working in an EMERGENCY department!!! Check on his patients!!!!
