My 5 yo and 3 yo have been seeing Dr Manousos since we moved to Charlotte from Massachusetts 5 months ago. In this short time, my kids have been sick with more infections or colds than they have in the past two years. Yet Dr Manousos has made this transition to a new pediatrician seamless for my family. My children feel comfortable and safe while they are being treated. Dr. Manousos always makes time to thoroughly examine my children while addressing all of my concerns. We absolutely love Dr George! He doesn't rush, takes his time to listen to all our concerns and is incredibly knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a pediatrician for my sons.

Dr. Manousos is an amazing Pediatrican! He is always so caring, not only with my children but with me, as well. He always makes sure to check on me to see how I am every time I bring my girls in. He also never makes me feel rushed when we are there and always ensures all of my questions, no matter how trivial, are answered. We absolutely love Dr. Manousos and Charlotte Pediatrics! Dr. George has a great bedside manner, speaks directly to my boys, approaches concerns with a conservative approach, and is truly interested in developing a relationship with my children.

I love Dr. Manousos. He has great bedside manners and is so thorough. He explains things well and my children love him. Our insurance is changing next year, but I'm seriously considering staying with him and paying the out of network because that's how much we love him.

Dr. George is amazing with my boys. He never makes you feel crazy when you have a concern. He listens and takes a Mother’s concerns seriously. My boys love him as well. We will never leave!

This was an unexpected horrible experience and we feel we need to share it. We just moved from Florida and we wanted to establish a relationship with a good pediatrician given that we have 4 children. We had to drive 20 minutes to Matthews because this Dr. came recommended. We realized that we are running late because the GPS gave us the wrong directions and we called to tell them we are running late. No one was picking up the phone and we were on hold right up to the time that we reached the office. To my surprise the Dr. decided that he would not see us because we were late. I understand that these expectations should be there for established patients, but as a new one it was the first time visiting the place. If this is his decision making in such a simple business matter, I don't even want to think how it is on medical matters. HORRIBLE SERVICE. BAD EXPERIENCE. We have been seeing Dr. George for the last two years. I can understand the frustration with the person leaving the 1 star review, but really whose fault was it that you were late? Regardless Dr. George is fantastic. He is thorough, listens, examines, asks questions, examines some more, makes an assessment and we move forward. He has outstanding bedside manner with our boys and they like going to him. I never feel that a stone will not be unturned in his examinations and I have full faith that he as my kids best interests medically in mind each and every time we make an appointment. We see him at most twice a year each kid and they remember him and are happy to go see him, that speaks volumes. So for the 1 star person, poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on another persons part and it takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get anywhere around here...come on. Dr. Manousos is by far the best Pediatrician I have ever been around. Before being a stay at home mom I worked for a pediatric hospital and had my fair share of one on one time with Dr.s and he is THE BEST and exceeds all my expectations. He is compassionate, experienced, knowledgeable and an all around joy to be around. He always takes his time to speak with us about any concerns or what to expect in the coming months with our daughter. His office staff are all very sweet and treat our daughter with so much kindness. We have never waited in the waiting room for more then 5 minutes(for real). And the Dr. Is always in our room in a timely manner. We have had to wait a few minutes to see him, but I know that's because he takes quality time with each and everyone of his patients. I recently moved and he is now almost an hour from us and we still make the drive because I can't imagine anyone taking better care of our little one!
