Dr. Clayton has been my dentist for over 20 years. He is fantastic. Very experienced and caring. He has a great personality. I always feel that I get the best dental care in Nashville by seeing Dr. Clayton. The dental hygenist, LaJohanna is the absolute best. Great dental office.

Excellent and service in all areas of my visit. Highly would recommend their practice.

Staff was very kind, Best dental cleaning I've ever had from LaJohnna,, Dr. Clayton is always so cheerful, pleasant, and upbeat. I always feel completely relaxed in his chair. HE IS THE BEST!

Lajohna was so gentle and charming, and I learned things about taking care of my teeth, I never knew. Thank you all for making the experience so positive.

If you want to walk in to the most arrogant office, surrounded by people who think they are better than others, this is the place for you! (With the exception of a very sweet and friendly receptionist). It was my first, and only, visit to this office. I specifically asked how much my first appt would be; I was told it would be $120, and then had a bill put on my lap for $3100. And payment was demanded that day, or half would be accepted. Good luck! My first experience ever like this, at any medical or dental office. My wife and I both receive outstanding care from Dr. Clayton and from the hygienists and the entire staff.

Best Dental Office in Nashville! You are always warmly greeted and the staff does a wonderful job proactively staying in front of any and all dental issues.

Called at 7:30am to see if I could get an appointment for a painful tooth. Appointment was set up for 9:30am and it only took 20 min to determine the problem and referred for a resolution. Staff is outstanding, friendly and personable. Dentists are experienced, professional and explain the problem well.

Very modern office, friendly staff, but , most of all, Dr. Clayton and Melba are the Best!

Always great to visit, I leave well informed and my teeth feeling great. Everyone from the front desk, hygienist and Dentist, so knowledgeable, so nice... just an AWESOME practice.

I’ve only gone a couple of times. But, what I have seen and experienced has been fantastic. I’m getting major work done on my teeth, Dr. McLaughlin explained the process thoroughly and reassuringly. I receive not only dental cleaning with Middle TN Prosthodontics, I receive dental "care". There's a sizable difference between the two.

All fine. Appreciated call in advance to let me know Hygienist was running late. Service was excellent.

The staff was very friendly through making appointment to coming in. Everyone was positive. I thank Dr. Clayton and the Oral Surgeon for recommending Dr. Vargas for further information. That was really great that they didn't just do something without an option.

Always great dental treatment!!! Melba is a fantastic hygienist and Dr. Clayton is simple the best.

I have been going to Dr. Clayton for years and he is a caring, knowledgeable dentist. I have a lot of dental issues from having had a head & neck cancer and Dr. Clayton's knowledge of such cancers has helped me keep my teeth. All the staff are truly outstanding and Melba is a wonderful dental tech who graciously deals with my dental issues. I needed to see a specialist and was referred to Dr. McLaughlin. They did a preliminary exam and advised me what I needed. I found them (staff and Dr.) to be pleasant and knowledgeable and they offered me several options. I would recommend this dentist.

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were all incredibly kind, and my hygienist communicated with me clearly and put my mind at ease (I was a bit nervous because I hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time). I'm so glad my family found this place!

This absolutely has to be the best dental practice I have ever been to. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Drs. McLaughlin and Clayton are the best in the business! I drive an hour and a half just to visit this practice. I would definitely recommend their services to everyone!

I love these guys! I was referred by a friend a long time ago because I was having a nightmare experience with another dentist over a root canal and crown... Dr. Clayton took care of me and I didn't have a single issue. The temporary stayed put, and the permanent is still going strong over 15 years later. The hygienist is super friendly and its always a pleasant experience getting my teeth cleaned. Dr McLaughlin is relatively new but very nice guy and seems to be just as knowledgeable as Dr. Clayton. They are the perfect balance between overly proactive / rushing to treatments and overlooking things. I trust them to know when to wait vs when to proceed with treatment. I love these guys! Both my surgeon at Vanderbilt and my periodontist recommended Dr. Clayton as the best one to fit me with both a temporary and permanent obturator, after my partial maxillectomy due to a cancer diagnosis. This prothesis, an obturator, is necessary for me to be able to speak and eat properly. I will be wearing it for the rest of my life. Dr. Clayton fitted me with the temporary prosthesis before surgery, and he got it to the surgeon so that it could be in place when I woke up after the surgery. What a relief it was to find out that my voice was exactly the same. Dr. Clayton worked tirelessly over the next few months and fitted me with the permanent piece when he felt I was ready. I was a little unhappy with the fact that my new false teeth showed when my lips were relaxed, but when I arrived for the last appointment, I was thrilled to see that this had been corrected. Dr. Clayton said "I looked at those photos I took; I studied them, and I listened." What more could one expect?

I've said it before and I'll say it again & again: Dr. Clayton has been working on me since early 2015 and without him and his expertise, I would not be able to speak clearly, eat or drink anything due to a rare form of mouth cancer I was diagnosed with in 2014. He has built and readjusted the obturator I have to wear and just this past Monday he made it even better and easier for me to take it out to clean it and brush what teeth I have left and then to reinsert it. His staff is ALWAYS top notch in professionalism, warmth and kindness. I'm not sure where I'd be if it weren't for him and his staff. 5 Stars - that's nice - but not nearly sufficient enough.. Dr. George Clayton goes above and beyond to help me with the best dental care and I love getting my teeth cleaned by LaJonna.

Dr. McLaughlin has been a very helpful and caring doctor. My family and I are grateful to him. I have recommended several people to him and they all said the same.

They are very patient with those who have a fear of dentist. Every question I asked on what was being done today was answered and it never felt like they were annoyed because of my questions. Because they did a great job and were more than willing to answer all of my questions (even when it meant taking a bit more time with me) , I recommend this office should you be in need of dental work. This office and the people there are great.i love what they did for me.the work is top notch.they make you feel very comfortable.

I have some fairly severe dental issues. Dr. Clayton has worked diligently with me. I couldn't ask for a better dentist. I travel about 30 miles to see him now but I wouldn't think about going to anyone else.

We love Dr Clayton! My husband came to him nervous and with some complicated issues and from the moment we met him he’s been absolutely amazing! He has worked hand in hand with Dr Meister to treat my husband and we seriously can’t thank him enough. We have found our forever Dentist. Dr. Clayton is, in my opinion, the best of the best. When faced with difficult situations in his patients, he can "take lemons and make lemonade". He has done a great job for me over the many years I have been his patient.
