Dr. George Michael Alfieris

Dr. Alfieris is one of a kind surgeon. He performed life saving surgery on me. I was diagnosed with PAPVR ASD at age 42. No words can describe how wonderful he was to me and my family during the process. I am blessed.

I’m so grateful for Dr. Alfieris!! My son had a huge hole (VSD) and a couple other complications and he saved his life @ 3 months old. Highly recommend this doctor and his team they are the best in NYS!!

Thank you for saving my daughters life at 5 days old she had open heart surgery and shes been doing wonderful thanks for the staff , nurses and the doc himself thank u soooo very much !!!

Incredible surgeon and incredible staff. From the first meeting with Dr Alfieris, to the day I left the hospital I was always cared for and incredibly comfortable. From the first time we met I knew I was in the best hands. Lucky to be recommended to him and the incredible U Of R staff.

What else can I say but THANK YOU for your AMAZING bed side manner and saving my son's life. This is a GREAT, man.

Our son was under the care of Dr. Alfieris and his team in July, 2017. They not only gave excellent care to our son, but they took care of our whole family. It couldn’t have been a better experience. We are so grateful that we chose Strong Memoral Hospital!
