Geoffrey Lipscomb

I've been a patient of Dr Lipscomb's for over 20 years. He is such an attentive and thorough physician. I've traveled 3 hours monthly for visits for many years. He is the BEST.of the BEST!!? Proud to be his patient! Great office crew also!!!??

Been seeing DrLipsomb for many years he listens to me & actually cares great office staff too ! Don't have to wait hours to see him

Been going to him a long time

Seems to put up roadblocks for everything you want to do. I get a monthly claim on insurance for sleep monitoring , but never have any communication from his office. Will not be back.

It took months between appointments and they never communicate the results to their patients. This is the worst doctor I have ever had. Its been 10 months and I still don't know the results of my tests.

Dr. Lipscomb never seems To really care about anything I had to say.. He never appears to be engaged in the conversation.. He would come in and listen and jot down a few things. Never really looking up and making eye contact... His bedside manner he could really work on.. Overall I would say he isnt a bad doctor, but he definitely does not care about his Patient.. This is why I stopped going to him 4 or 5 yrs ago.. The real problem is his staff.. They are the rudest most inconsiderate individuals that I’ve ever come in contact with. They are argumentative combative and will even go out of there way to not be of help.. I tried to get my medical records for month and they first tried to tell me that they wouldn’t be giving them to me because I owe a $25 bill that I had no idea about. Come to find out it was for something that I didn’t even contact to.. I informed them that it would be a violation of the Hyppa law if Dr. lips and refused to give me my medical records go to a bill that he believes that I/O him.. Lisa “ his receptionist told me that she would not be giving me a copy of my medical record and then hung up on me.. I’m gonna yo forced to File a written complaint file a complaint with the Alabama border of Medicine.. Do yourself a favor and avoid this doctor.. Wonderful Dr. and nursing staff very good, from the gentleman that takes your blood to the nurse Margaret. I have been going to this Dr. since the 1990s. very considerate on appointment times.

The whole office is great and Dr. Lipscomb always listens to you.

Horrible Dr. went to him for 10 yrs and then got dropped because he changed from a cop to a sleep Dr. The staff was a nightmare so unbelievable rude.. Save your time stay away from this “doctor “

I definitely would recommend Dr. Lipscomb to friends and family as a primary care doctor. His staff is friendly and professional.

Love Dr Lipscomb he's more like family to my family and I would recommend him first hand.

I've been a patient of his for a long time and he's helped me through many things! Always patient and listens! I love the staff as well, his nurse Margaret is absolutely wonderful

Awesome physician. He is very thorough, and efficient. Super nice office staff. Even Jeff, the lab specialist, is great. Dr Lipscomb and his staff are like family. They actually care about your well being!

I have been going there for years. He is very kind, smart, and cares for his patients.

Horrible staff, the worst I've ever come in contact with! His nurse Margaret I've seriously never met an individual like this woman! She is the most jealous narcissistic person I've ever met! She definitely should not be working in the medical field because she has zero empathy for any human being! The whole office is a complete joke. Please save yourself a lot of time and avoid this doctor and his staff!!!
