Didn’t wait a moment! Immediately taken to a room… nurse did some preliminary questions… Dr. Basler then right in… total visit: 20 minutes! Outstanding!

Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had many questions and without missing a beat got direct answers. Most times you see a specialist in a remote clinic it's like a race for them to get in and out. Not this time, Dr made sure I completely understood the diagnosis and the meds I was prescribed. Thank you for the help.

Very professional very caring very informative

Got right in. Process was quick and relaxing. They are good at what they do.

2nd time here and so far I’m quite pleased. Staff is friendly and Dr. B is comforting. Prescriptions are quick thanks to their promptness. Delighted with the fact they offer small town service…thanks everyone!

Best healthcare experience I’ve had. The receptionists were so kind and friendly. Explained everything to me and answered all my questions. My whole appointment took 20 minutes. Left feeling very happy!

Dr. Herbin was very professional and thorough in his examination. I feel that I received quality care. The nurse and office staff were helpful and polite. I strongly recommend Complete Family Dermatology.

Brian and his nurses do a wonderful job. They are courteous and make sure all my questions and concerns are addressed. Very short wait times. Definitely recommend Brian for any dermatological issues you may have.

I have been going to Dr. Basler for quite sometime. I never wait for more than a few minutes. Doctor and his staff are always very kind and friendly. The service is great and I'm always made to feel comfortable.

We have been going to Dr. Basler for many years and he is great. He is very friendly and has always done a fantastic job. I schedule myself for every 6 months. He removes something every time I go there. I show him the areas of my concern. There are times when he finds other spots to remove too. Can't ask for a better Dermatologist!

Friendly staff, they make you feel welcome and comfortable, I’ve been coming back for several years because of the great care I get

All of the staff, from the front desk in Dermatology to the patients room are very warm and friendly and helpful. The scheduling is very punctual. Brian is the best, and I have been to many in 4 states and his assistants must be hand picked because they too have wonderful bedside personalities. I sent my son-in-law to them and now my daughter and Grandaughter are becoming his patients. Thank you Brian and staff for coming to Fremont !

Took about 3 weeks plus to get an appt but I arrived at scheduled time and they saw me at the scheduled time, that's uncommon these days, the staff was polite and seemed knowledgeable, when Dr came in he asked questions and listened, was very efficient. I found the whole office to be friendly, competent, and caring.

Very nice office. Easy to get to. Drs. And staff were all very nice. I definitely will recommend this office.

The most professional and caring doctors office I have ever been in. If you are as scared and nervous as I was, put that behind you. Every staff member including the doctor made you feel at ease and comfortable within minutes. They talk you the whole way through your procedure and you are never in doubt and all I had was a small cancerous spot. Highly recommended!! Thought doctor was pretty thorough. He did not introduce him self or tell any thing about himself. He did not explain that he might freeze spot if he found them. I was caught off guard. Happy he did freeze several spots and removed a mole. Surprised me. i didn't get all the answers I thought I would get like finger nail and wasn't concerned about toenails. i I'm not sure all the spots on my face that I was concerned about got treated. I do not feel there was enough emphasis on sunscreen products there's , a lot that are not good for you. Thought there would be more discussion on types of skin care products that should be used on face. Onky One product recommended . Thought doctor was pretty thorough. Excellent care. All staff included.

Was in and out quickly. Brent's nurse was great, very nice and welcoming. Brent was in and out. Must had been busy. I would go back if need be.

The Dr and staff are very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. And in a friendly manner. I did not experience any undue waiting or problems with their care. I highly recommend!
