This doctor is extremely unprofessional and dismissive. As soon as he saw my X-ray he stopped listening and interrupted me loudly saying “nothing is wrong”. Well something was certainly wrong. The big red swollen knee I had was not “nothing” it instead was a massive infection that had spread to my muscle joint and tendons. It was a dangerous a Infection and his misdiagnosis lead to a delay in care and serious complications. When the nurse called to follow up and I told he I had an infection she just laughed and said “dr never gets anything wrong you must have gotten the infection after you came her”. This doctor is dangerous not because he made an error but because he failed to admit the error and learn from it. Steer clear from this doctor and organization

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars, because a random stranger would do better than Dr. Western more than half the time... I hadn't finished describing my pain to Dr. Western before he began shaking his head and scoffing. Luckily I got in to see a respectful Dr. shortly after who diagnosed my Cervical Stenosis accurately and helped me the way a responsible Dr. should. I wouldn't send my enemies to see Dr. Western. If there was an option of zero stars this guy would have my vote! I went to see Dr. Western for pain in my shoulder/back/arm (pretty much all over), which turned out to be a pinched nerve in my neck. Thank God for responsible Dr's and the power of Technology (MRIs). This guy wrote me off before I had even finished describing my pain. Shaking his head, and SCOFFING at me. it was a total embarrassment, to the both of us! I will not be going back and I wouldn't suggest you think about it either.

Terrible bedside manner. Made me feel stupid and minimalized my situation. Telling me to put weight on my ankle and flex it. However I suffered an avulsion fracture to my ankle. My bone is broken off. Hmm any thoughts? Am I wrong in my feelings?
