I went for a skin test for ipl treatment. Dr. Ganzers staff was incredibly rude to me. They gave me the run around on certain questions I had. I called back the next day and wanted to speak to the spas manager. She called me back and said that issue will be dealt with. I was pleased until the day before my appointment the office calls me and says dr. Ganzer feels his treatment won’t work for you. DR. GARY GANZER IS THE BEST IN MY BOOK. HE REMOVED SKIN CANCER FROM MY FACE IN TWO VERY VISIBLE PLACES IN 1990-91. I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO HIS OFFICE FOR FOLLOW-UPS NOW. ANOTHER DERMATOLOGIST TOLD ME THIS YEAR, 2013, THAT MY SKIN IS CANCER FREE AND BRAGGED ABOUT DR. GANZER'S WORK ON MY FACE. BEDSIDE MANNER IS THE BEST TOO !!!!!!!
