Drs. And staff are wonderful. I've had wrist and knee issues that were addressed professionally. Highly recommend this place.

Dr. Watts has treated me for a number of hand and wrist issues. I had a serious accident and surgery was performed by an out-of-state doctor. My husband immediately called Dr. Watts to set up an appointment as soon as we got back into the state. He had to redo my surgery the day after I got back because of the shoddy job the TX doctor did. I seriously never thought I would ever be able to use that hand again, but Dr. Watts saw it through to the point that I am now. I’m getting ready to call to set up an appointment for him to look at my other hand. He is the only hand doctor I would ever go see.

Dr. Watts is so kind and he’s fabulous doctor. He genuinely cares about his patients and listens to their concerns. I was told by a different orthopedist that there wasn’t anything that could be done, and I’d have to deal with it forever (broken knuckle, can’t move finger after 4 months). He’s great, he fixed a broken tendon in my index finger when I was a teen, Just a year after I was healed up and able to join the HS drum line in my band with no issues. I highly recommend him. He’s great at what he does!

Dr Watts is excellent at explaining things in a way you can understand. He is very caring and professional. It is because of him I have use of my hands. He is excellent as a Dr and as a person! I highly recommend him!

2013 Dr. Watts took very good care of both of my hands due carpal tunnels of where both thumbs numb and hands were not very strong til Dr. Watts change that. Went therapy for exercise on both hands and at the end of my therapy I accidently broke 2 hand grips tester in which my hands were back to normal. I worked with Dr. Garrett Watts, MD for years before starting my family! This gentleman is AMAZING and I cannot begin to tell you ALL the amazing attributes he has!! His eye for detail & love for exceptional quality health care is paramount! His oath to do no harm is seen in the way he treats EVERY person that come to him for care. Carpal tunnel surgery several years ago and I am very pleased with the results

Wonderful Doctor! Dr. Watts is extremely meticulous, a true perfectionist! (Maybe that's why he practices alone.) His office staff is good. His nursing staff follow his very specific requirements and a strictly followed routine. My initial visit was the most thorough I've ever had. As a doctor, he listens well, dictates his notes in front of you, so you hear it all twice. He explains very well. He did 2 surgeries on my R hand in 2020. Plus, he has worked with me through my dupuytren's and chronic regional pain syndrome. I been to 2 physical therapist and both have spoke highly of him. He has spent time with the therapist to provide the best treatment. He seems very humble, patience and kind. Amazing Doctor!!

After bilateral corporal tunnel and trigger thumb surgery, I got my hands back again. Great surgeon!!

Dr watts is the sweetest and most understanding specialist. When it came to finding someone to fix up my hands I searched and searched.. It's your hands after all you need those! Over and over I was recommended to him and I quickly understood why! He was very helpful in answering my questions and took the extra time to explain all the crazy questions I had. Lol his staff is so cool too they were supportive and understanding. Went above and beyond to help me figure out what treatment plan worked best for me and worked with my schedule to be seen. Great doctor! Has helped my carpal tunnel greatly. No wait time in the waiting area or in the room. Great bedside manners. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Watts removed hardware & nylon sutures from my hand. 5 days post op I was pain-free, & 10 days post op my range of motion & flexibility is already better than before. The closest to normal my hand has felt & looked since before I broke it. Dr. Watts is clearly passionate about his work & has great attention for detail, & has the experience to anticipate the needs of his patients. EXCELLENT hand surgeon!

Dr. Watts was just how I imagined him to be! I have referred patients to him from my own practice base of patients however this time I had the pleasure of experiencing his skills. He was kind, gentle, personable, attentive and he actually did a hands on evaluation and graced me with is time.

Dr Watts is thoughtful, explaining everything in a concise manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Postop care is included in his surgical fee. Always answers every question. Returned my call directly when he suspected I was worried about my surgery. Always cheerful, never looks down on patients. Every medical professional I know who has worked with him also has high praises for him. He's always focused on how to practice medicine effectively with the best recovery outcome. His strict organization is especially for this purpose.

Dr Watts is a highly skilled orthopedic hand/arm speciast who Is very personable, very capable, very honest and loves what he does.

I was very pleased with Dr Watts and his office crew. No long waits was nice too. He's nice but professional and willing to answer any questions. I am glad I found him.

Dr Watts and his staff were AMAZING! I had to have both of my Basil thumb joints removed and I can do anything now with no pain. I have recommended him to several of my friends and they have also been extremely pleased as well!

Although I found Dr. Watts competent, my experience with Central States Orthopedics Billing Department has been abominable! A full year and four months after services were received and insurance paid on a bill, these people turned my information over to a debt collection agency and my Credit report was dinged. All because these lazy people did not look at my intake paperwork and then sent a bill to a past residence from over 8 years ago! They did not even try to reach me! They had my phone, business phone, work address, and current home address and my referring Doctors information as well as my insurance provider all of whom had my current information. Really???? How incompetent can you be! Now I am paying the price for their mistakes. This is what is wrong with the world total and compete laziness and incompetence. I will never use CSO again! Secondly- Shame on the Collection agency for never trying to reach me either! Really great Debt Collection services that WorksLentz provided...Right here under their noses and they couldn't locate me...wow again total incompetence!!! Follow up review: After having contacted 4 separate offices trying to resolve this issue, It appears that Central States Orthopedics is the office responsible for the improper billing, the missed change of address, the lack of using current resources to locate my contact information, and the illegal act of turning this over to a collection agency against the Dr's written policy! I am hopeful this will all be cleared up quickly and I can return to my well deserved and earned excellent credit rating! I will be posting this on a Central States Orthopedics website as it was their gross negligence begin with. Thank you to the very patient and competent front desk staff at Dr. Watts' office that is working hard to straighten out this mess. Dr watts has done surgery on my husband's several times. First time was to fix a botch up from another ortho surgeon with excellent results. 2nd time was after injury from car accident. .. again with excellent results. And 3rd time was because of something stupid my husand did. Don't know results of that but I expect great pain relief also. Dr. Watts' professionalism and caring nature was.apparent during every visit with him. The hand surgery went smoothly and was flawless, which I knew, from meeting with him, it would be. The office staff is also very caring and there is nothing negative I can say about.Dr. Watts and so many positives. He made a difficult situation quite bearable and virtually painless....OK, there was a wee bit if pain.

Dr Watts has taken me through 2 carpel tunnels & 1 elbow surgery plus a thumb joint reconstruction. These were some ten years ago; I'm still going strong with good, painless grip & excellent flexibility in my wrists & elbow. Plus, he's a most congenial person.
