Dr. Huff Jr. is the best family doctor that I've had in a long time. He is approachable, listens well, and is caring.

He's been our family doctor for over 10 years. The staff is friendly and always work to assist whenever they can. Since the transition to NEGA I haven't noticed much difference. Regardless of more requirements or paperwork I've seen on some of the negative posts here, they always answer the phone and I can get most issues resolved by speaking with someone in the actual office. Dr Huff Jr and the entire staff are fabulous, extremely polite and helpful. He's been my family's doctor for a long time, and we have zero complaints. In fact, his personalized care and attention to detail have made huge differences in my family's health. Everything we could want from our "small town" doctor.

I was just helping out a friend. But everyone in the office was helpful and friendly.

Great Primary Care team. I have had many friendly interactions with the front desk and heath care team. Today they went out of their way to make me feel like my health is a priority. Dr. Huff Jr. explained my diagnosis in a manner that was kind and easy to understand. He gave treatment options and plans. I felt like my time was well spent. The office is clean. The waitroom is big and not crowded. They work with the My Chart app and I can view my visit information as well as test results etc on an easy access platform. I made my appointment on the My Chart app as well, but I could have just as easily called. Top notch office! Great Primary Care team. Customer service is horrible

Very disappointing. I could not return to work that day because they wouldn't see me. Lost a day's pay. All because I was a few minutes late and they were unwilling to squeeze me in.

Great Doctors but the front office is a different story. Since the change to NG I have had nothing but issues. Can't never get in, med's filled at wrong place, takes forever to get back to the back.

I've had a great experience with Dr. Huff Jr for many years.

Dr. Huff is a very nice doctor and I've had no issues with my visits whatsoever. My issue came in when dealing with their staff. I have a prescription in which I was given a 15 day supply. I had a change in my job in which I have to travel a lot. This makes it very hard for me to get to the pharmacy every 15 days to get it filled. I called the office staff and inquired about getting a 30 day supply for this reason. Once I finally got a call back, the nurse told me "I don't have a problem with filling it for 30 days" and I have a recording of this fact. To make a long story short, they did change the supply number on the prescription to 30 days but didn't update the quantity. So basically they gave me the same 15 day supply however marked it as a 30 day supply with my pharmacy. Once I saw their mistake, I called them at 10:00 AM on a Friday to report the error and was told I'd get a call back which did not happen. I had to call them back first thing Monday morning, to basically get a different story saying I can only have a 15 day supply of that medication which contradicts the statement previously made to me. Well if that was the case why was it approved for 30 days and put into the pharmacy as a 30 day supply? Unfortunately now that they have marked it as a 30 day supply I can not get my prescription filled. The staff made it obvious that they do not care as they were unwilling to assist me in clearing up the error with my pharmacy. Honestly, how hard is it to give a patient a call back before screwing up their ability to get their required medication? A simple call saying we can only do a 15 day supply would've completely avoided this extremely negative situation. It's a hard choice as I like Dr. Huff but I fully intend to find a new doctor who is willing to work with their patients that have changes in their life style and schedule as well as communicating with the patient on the status of their request(s). If I could give them zero stars for this monstrosity that is going to take hours of my life to solve, I would. In all honesty what's the difference if the medication is provided every 30 days or every 15 days? It ends in the same result. I've uploaded a photo of the clear issue with my prescription from my pharmacy to put on full display the error they refuse to correct. Before this incident I would've given this office a 5 star rating. In all honesty I don't know if the blame falls on the doctor or the staff for the miscommunication and the screw up but just a bit of assistance in correcting it isn't too much to ask in my opinion. As I now have to deal with the bitter fact that I may be forced to go 15 days without my medication. And again, a simple call back, text message, or email explaining the issue before they called in the prescription incorrectly could've avoided this entire issue. I'm of the mind set that if you make a mistake you should be willing to assist in fixing it and the fact that I'm all on my own to deal with this is my biggest complaint. I love Doctor Garey Huff,S.R.. He is always ready to help you get rid of anything you got and if he can't he always sends me to the best specialist.
