Dr. Gabriele Phillip Jasper

I came to Jasper spine institute not being able to walk. Dr Jasper told me I have Spinal stenosis. After taking the steps and receiving shots and 2 minuteman i felt better. Recently I received a an RFA and now i am 95 percent better. Other doctors told me they could not do anything for me. Dr Jasper helped me.

I HAD AN INJECTION IN MY HIP WITH DR. JASPER AND IM FEELING 100 percent BETTER THAN WHEN I WENT IN FOR THE PROBLEM. I WENT TO ANOTHER DR AND THEY COULDNT FIGURE IT OUT BUT WHEN I BROUGHT MY MRI TO DR. JASPER HE FIGURED OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. DR. JASPER IS THE ONLY ONE I TRUST. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

I came to Dr Jasper with major issues l3-l4 and l5 I could not not stand and brush my teeth. Living an hour and 45 minutes away I decided to come to the Jasper Spine Institute. After the epidural did not work I got the minuteman at one level and I am 90 percent better.

I came to the Jasper Spine Institute in tremendous pain and in a walker. After trusting the process getting epidural, SI injection, an ablation and a minute man i felt better and better after each one. I can walk without a walker and now do shopping and cooking. Trust the process!

Dr Jasper is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. Believe me, I am not a young guy and I have been seen by many doctors throughout the years. I have never had a doctor who treats you like a family member. He truly cares about what you are going through. He listens and explains everything in a wonderful way. His personality makes you feel like you have known him for years and that puts me at ease. He has helped my pain incredibly. He is a knowledgeable and caring professional. His own surgical center is so convenient and is run by a staff of nurses and personnel so professional, I would never go anywhere else. Thank you for all the wonderful help you have given me.

Dr. Jasper is absolutely a wonderful, caring physician. He takes the time to listen and truly understand your condition. He treats you like a family member. I have never had a more down to earth Dr. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

When a doctor advertises like this doctor does - with full page ads, where he knows he has a vulnerable population (elders), it should be a HUGE red flag! Instead, it was an attraction for my mom. If only we had been more involved. She went in for a "trial" procedure, her legs collapsed on her when she tried to stand after being readied for discharge, he immediately came out of nowhere and pulled the lead out and in our opinion caused some sort of nerve damage that has afflicted her, without proof, for the last 18+ months. He told her to go to the hospital and get an MRI at that point. She went, by ambulance and spent 6 days there and then 2 in rehab!! He never followed up to check to see how she was. She, of course, never went back. 18+ months later and still searching for a cure to the chronic pain and itch that DIDN'T exist prior to this "trial". If this isn't enough to warn you to stay away from this "spine institute" I'm not sure what would be.

Dr. Jasper is an excellent physician as well as a genuinely honest and compassionate gentleman. Dr. Jasper never rushes you and makes you feel that your welfare is his concern.

Dr Jasper is the best Pain guy out there. I got my life back. Sometimes the wait can be long. It’s understandable because he spends as much time as you need in your exam room. He answered all my questions and he even read my MRI with me. He is extremely empathetic his main goal was to provide me with relief turns out he did more than that. Thank you Dr. Jasper

I’ve been going to the Jasper Spine Institute for years now recently only to do some tuneups because Dr. Jasper Got rid of my pain years ago. I’ve read some of the other comments about the waiting room... you have to wait at every other pain doctor you go to I’ve been to them all before I found Dr. Jasper. The beauty about the Jasper Spine institute is that after you’re done waiting Dr. Jasper takes your pain away. I do understand the complaints from a lot of these people they’ve lived with pain for so long they just want it done with and don’t realize there’s a process I had to go through that process I was short tempered but Dr. Jasper always put me at ease his staff was wonderful one of his nurses during a procedure held my hand the entire time to make sure that I was all right. Thank God for Dr. Jasper he saved my entire life he gave it back to me and now I have a life with Family. Every other doctor told me they couldn’t help me. But Dr. Jasper said He could fix me and he did!????

Waited an hour in the exam room where I believe I was forgotten about, nurse brought another patient into my room while I was still waiting thinking the room was empty. Dr finally arrived after 1hr 15 minutes of waiting in exam room when he told me he could not help me with my back that had surgery and has titanium rods in it and was not willing to retrieve my MRI records from the other office and told me it was “my problem to try to get them.” He them told me to reschedule with the girls at the front (who were actually quite nice) where they gave me an appointment for 1 month out after I just waited a month and a half to get in. Save your time and money and don’t go near Dr Jasper the “spine institute” office!!!

He got rid of pain I have had in my back since I was 18 yrs old - now 75.

had to wait nearly an hour and a half to see the dr, he is not very empathetic

Went for my early afternoon appointment and stil hadn’t been taken after waiting for 2 hours. Getting friendly with other waiting patients I heard the waiting time was always like this. One patient told me the procedure she had didn’t work for her spinal stenosis , that Dr Jasper never spoke to her before or during the procedure and was never told what to expect afterwards. She said the pain had gotten worse and she was waiting over 2 hours today for her follow up to see what caused the increase

Arrogant, starts off by criticizing other Drs. Highly impressed with himself. Does not want to listen to your symptoms. In fact, needs to deny how you say you are feeling because it bruises his large ego. Wanted to do his one trick pony act again after it made me worse to begin with . Kind of like telling me to go run into a wall again and not to expect the same results as the first 6 times. Even too arrogant to talk to my orthopedic dr or bother to read what he faxes.

I have had so many procedures, including injections, & surgery. Still in pain- some relief, but my complaint is if you call Dr. won’t come to phone- you always have to deal with his nurses- who are moody. Long wait in office!

Excellent Doctor

I am very satisfied with the care Dr. Jasper provides. Suffering from severe sciatica, bulging discs, & two herniated discs, I made the mistake of going to a different ortho practice in Brick. There, I waited nearly 90 minutes to be seen: 5 minutes with me, no exam, & all he said was “You need injections.” & walked out. 9 days later, I hadn’t heard from the scheduler, so I called Dr. Jasper. I was seen NEXT DAY, & treated THAT day & relieved of pain. Outstanding staff, facility, and care.

Be careful! Ask questions. Do not be intimidated by this man. Don't trust what he or his office manager say about cost of treatment. They both assured us that they would take what the insurance gave him. Instead he charged us the full amount! Had to get a lawyer and undergo unneeded stress and concern before settling.

Dr. Jasper was the only doctor that was able to get rid of my pain.I had severe back pain with siatica all the way down my leg. I have been to many pain doctors and the never were able to help me.They would give me pain pills and injections that never worked. Dr Jasper and his staff were the best.After actually reading my MRI films he spent a lot of time explaining everything to me. I never felt rushed. He did an endoscopic spine procedure to me and i am finally pain free. H is by far the best.

Dr is very rude, does not make sense when he talks to you, does not take the time to listen to you . The Dr. Does not let you finish talking about your complaints . The office tells you they accept your insurance when they don't then they bill you and when you call in to discuss it the office manager and receptionist talk over you and do not listen to you either. I would not recommend this doctor or office to anyone.

I wasn't going to even bother reviewing Dr. Jasper but I thought I'd be doing an disservice to other folks out there if I did not warn you about him. My dad who is 83 years old went to Dr. Jasper for back pain relief - he was given an epidural. After he administered the injection - my dad could not feel his leg and was unable to walk for over one and half hours immediately following the injection. Dr. Jasper admitted to hitting a nerve but did nothing to help my dad. In fact, he later denied
