Dr. Frank Qian Zhan

Received a referral from my doctor but after a week of trying to make an appointment I asked my doctor to refer me to a different dermatologist. Called several times to only reach their voicemail. They are closed on Wednesday which made it more frustrating. After not being able to reach anyone within a weeks time my gut instinct told me to request another dermatology office.

I do not enjoy writing this rating, however, I feel we need to speak up if we want things to change. Dr. Zhan is my father's dermatologist, I am beyond shocked by how unprofessional his staff is! It took over 3 weeks to get my father's skin cancer diagnosis! Afterward, I called several times to schedule an appointment for surgery, and each time I had to speak to a recorded message saying they will call me back in 1 to 3 days! It has taken weeks for someone to call me back to schedule an appointment for surgery! I finally spoke with a real person today and the conclusion was that the nurse would call me back "today" to schedule an appointment for his surgery.

The receptionist did not greet me in an otherwise empty waiting room when I went to the window. Not even a “Hello.” The nurse communicated well, and efficiently. The Dr…extremely rushed, was not attentive and did not take a moment to explain anything. When I asked a question, he said he would have it all written down. He did not. I would never go back to this office again.

I visited Dr. Frank Zhan several times, He is very nice physician.

Dr. Zhan really cares about his patients. He is very patient and does will to spend plenty of time getting to know all details and work out good process for my treatments.

Dr. Han its very unfriendly just like all his staff. He doesn't take time to explain diagnosis or to answer questions. I had a cancer and I have to wait for 2 months in order for them to do surgery. I will never go back to that office.

Dr. Zhan is very professional yet patient. He also has a sense of humor, I enjoyed each session for my treatments

Dr Zhan doesn't spend enough time with me. Wasn't informative at all about my accutane prescription. His office is horrible with communication and he is very rude. Been trying to get on accutane for past 3 years and now it's not covered by insurance...it took them that long to get me registered into ipledge. And they never told me when I needed labs or a follow up. Worst physician I've ever been to. Seeking a different dermatologist.
