Dr. Frank A Sinatra

When Dr. Sinatra turns to you and says ”what do you want me to do?” Run for the hills. If he doesn’t know what to do that’s a problem! Found another local pediatrician and he was able to find a solution right away. I found Dr Sinatra was unable to communicate with either parent or child and not well versed. I got better advice on WedMD??

We’ve been going to this practice for 20 years with two children and one with lots of allergies, asthma and early respiratory challenges. We love and trust the physicians and nurses in this practice!! Highly recommend.

If you have an emergency, don't expect a phone call in a timely manner. Also, when you do get a call, it's from a Nurse. The nurse who told us "the doctor cannot call you because doctors also need to have a little bit of a life." We called the office to speak to Dr. S. . his staff proceeded to say we can talk to Dr. P. . after back and forth she finally decided to schedule us in to speak to him. When we met, he spent most of the time defending his staff and shouting. Unprofessional and sad.

I have three children under the age of 10. The early morning sick clinic has been a lifesaver! I'm assuming these visits are meant to be quick visits, however, the level of care and attentiveness has been remarkable. I just had my son in this morning and was so pleasantly surprised that there is a lab in the office (no waiting at Lab Corp!!!). The tech was amazing and my son barely knew he was getting a draw. All the doctors and nurses in this office have given top notch care.

I have 3 children the oldest who is 10 and I have never had such a terrible experience as I did with Sinatra. We recently had to switch to the practice after the death of our beloved pediatrician. My youngest child is having some trouble with going to this office. Instead of being kind and helpful they are demanding, cold, and unconcerned with her as a patient. Having had an amazing pediatrician prior, my advice to all parents is DON'T SETTLE for anything less then the best for your kids!
