Dr. Silver is a great doctor. He is very old school and very honest. I've been coming here for 3 to 4 years now. His staff has gotten used to my personality. So we are now great

Dr. Silver has been my doctor (Gyno) for a few years now! Yes I find him professional, helpful and friendly. I also like the nurse he has now and the one before as well. They both were very helpful. Thank you again for another awesome visit. Solving my female issues with resolutions to my best health care needs.

Great Dr! Been seeing others and none could figure out the problem. Dr silver found the problem in 2 visits! Love this office and it’s staff

Dr. Frank Silver is a crook. I saw him in 2005 for a routine Pap smear. He told me I needed an ultrasound so I followed his instructions. Shortly after my ultrasound I received a letter from my insurance company asking if I had any procedures completed that I thought were not needed.

The wait wasn’t to long. Once in the back it went super quick he was very professional very friendly! He has become my new doc!!

Worst OBGYN experience. I don't recommend Frank P Silver. He was very inconsiderate and not professional. Seeing him as a new client he berated me about not using protection with my significant other of about 2 years.I came for a pap smear only to make sure everything was still going well. Dr. Silvers was not gentle or communicating what he was doing during my pap smear exam.He jammed the speculum inside not once but THREE times. He didn’t communicate why he had to quickly forced the speculum ALL the way inside three whole times.I VERBALIZED that I was in pain and that he was hurting me twice. He gave me a grunt and carried on. I bled a lot which isn't normal for me.There were no apologies for his aggressions. It truly comes off like he was trying to teach me a lesson for “bad behavior” in his books. That was the attitude and demeanor he carried throughout. Silvers is an in-network provider yet sent my labs out of state costing me outofnetwork money. 5 months of getting this resolved.

This was the worst OBGYN experience I have ever had. I do not recommend Dr. Frank P Silver. He was very inconsiderate and not professional throughout this whole experience. I don’t need a lecture as if I was an adolescent when I am a 30 year old woman. I am well aware of the risks in any which direction. He tells me “Well, it’s a miracle you haven’t gotten pregnant after all this time wouldn’t you say?” That is my business if I am or am not trying to conceive a child at this point of time with my partner which he did not ask about or consider. He went right into talking down to me about my life choices. This was not at all a topic of concern for my visit. If this doctor was truly concerned about my well being why not get the full perspective instead of making assumptions of a brand new client? I came for a pap smear to make sure everything was still going well. Dr. Silvers was not gentle or communicating what he was doing during my pap smear exam. I told him my concerns after seeing that and he told me it’s normal to bleed a lot like that. No, it’s not normal to cover most of the speculum in blood. Getting a pap smear is not my first rodeo and I know I am not normally a bleeder during these events. I understand bleeding sometimes happens and every woman is different, but to this degree that was not normal or okay. There were no apologies for his aggression. It truly comes off like he was trying to teach me a lesson for “bad behavior” in his books. That was the attitude and demeanor he carried throughout. Lastly, Dr. Silvers is an in-network provider that I went to see, however where he sent my lab tests for whatever reason was NOT in-network to Quest Diagnostic. It was sent out of state which my insurance company informed me about not the doctors office. How does that make sense? I still never got my results. No phone call, no email, nothing in the mail. Quest never updated my most recent testing online either. 5 months I have spent going back and forth with Quest Diagnostic and my insurance company to get my bill covered. Thankfully, this has never been an issue with any other doctors offices prior so my insurance helped me get most of the bill covered for the odd circumstances of the out of network claim. I do not recommend Dr. Frank P Silvers. This was a nightmare.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Please avoid this office. Went in for a Pap smear, was rushed out of the office, doctor Silver just handed me a referral and said take it back to your doctor. My primary doctor was confused as to why he would do that. No one even told me I could leave. I was just sitting in the room waiting. Only to get a call today that I have to re do my Pap because he did not get enough cells?!!! Maybe if you cared enough about your patients in the first place this wouldn’t have happened. Called them last week, as I am currently looking for a great provider. With a great provider comes someone who respects your time and can keep close to their appointment times schedule for their patients. I went into detail with woman over the phone making my appointment. She expressed if I got there by 11 I would not be left waiting to be seen still at 12.... so 11:45 rolls up and the women next to me are talking about how they’ve been left waiting 2 hours past their appointment time in this packed waiting room... I calmly walk up and ask when I will be called back. She said you are next... 15 minutes later l, as soon as that clock struck 12, I walked out. MY TIME IS JUST AS VALUABLE. I came to the office at 9:40 am

This doctor made fun of me for speaking quietly and trying to ask questions. He literally started speaking to me like a mentally challenged person or a baby. He even did his hands like a mentally challenged person. I had just received a papsmear and was in the room alone with him. I tried asking him questions and he got extremely bothered and annoyed. His demeanor was that of someone angry. Not just angry, but almost excited to be mean, or to figure a way to insult you. It was the most bizarre situation. There is nothing professional about this so-called doctor. I walked in to get a papsmear and came out in tears after this horribly traumatic ordeal. The question I asked my doctor was: what are the differences between a 5 year and 10 year IUDs? He said that one is 5 years and other is 10 years. And again did the mentally challenged hand, rolled eyes. I tried asking (from knowledge I had found) that I had read, if the 10 year IUD makes you bleed more. He said I would not have a period for 10 years! Again, this sounded bizarre. I had never heard of this. I am pretty sure this was not true. I honestly don't know because this doctor told me this.
