Dr. Schinco is the best in his specialty. I've worked with a few of the neurosurgeons in this area and chose him for my husband's back surgery. First surgery helped, second surgery was the magic ticket. My husband is back to full strength and working after being off for over 2 years with debilitating pain. Highly recommend Dr. Schinco. He teaches lifestyle modifications that are pertinent to rehabilitation.

Dr Shinco and his staff, especially Marc and Michelle are absolutely wonderful to work with. I couldn't be more pleased with my care! I would definitely recommend Dr Shinco

Dr. Schinco saved my life after a misdiagnosed second bleed, brain aneurysm that left me almost dead in a hotel room while I was a flight attendant for Piedmont, USAir. I ruined his holiday weekend by landing at the hospital on a holiday weekend while he was on call. He was thrown into an emergency situation that called for him to stabilize me before he could even begin a very long, complex second bleed, right cerebral brain aneurysm surgical procedure. By the grace of God, this very talented, trained surgeon, and his team at the Hospital began taking steps to try and save me life. There are no guarantees with the odds of surviving so small. I am alive 28 years later and while confiding in another surgeon, he stated the survival rate was only 18% per, I am a miracle.Thank God I didn't know the odds or what happened to me at the time. Instead, when Dr. Schinco told me he was going to shave my head, I replied, "Great, I need a new do." Thank you Dr. Schinco, because of God, you, and your very skilled team I recommend you as the number one neurosurgeon in the USA. God Bless you, your family, and your very skilled team. Dr. Schinco is a great doctor. He's very caring towards his patients. His staff is very nice and helpful with any questions. After my surgery I ended up staying the night in the hospital cause when I woke from the surgery I was very out of it and it was around 9pm so I told the I wanted to stay. He even came in the following day to see how I was doing. I would recommend him and his staff to everyone. Dr. Schinco is a great doctor. He's very caring towards his patients. He is a very caring dr. Explained everything very well! I like him very much.

Went to his office in Cass city and he told me I have no nerve damage even tho I'm only 18 and have 9 herniated discs, arthritis, osteoporosis, calcification of my ligaments and can't touch my knees without spasming. Ignorant, uncaring Dr.

My son was flown into Covenant hospital in Saginaw with a traumatic brain injury, Dr. Schinco performed immediate brain surgery on my son upon his arrival and saved his life! ! Dr. Schinco is a wonderful surgeon and caring person. I would definitely recommend him.
