I have been going to dr melo for the last 4 months and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! My last doctor retired so I had to change, and I’m not one for change so I was very apprehensive but knew I had to make the choice for a new one. So I started making phone calls, and I got Jessica on the phone, not only was very professional but sooo nice and answered all my questions and helped me ease into this process. My first visit was coming up and I was nervous. I got to the office and finally met Jessica and then Dr. Melo! I definitely made many phone calls trying to find a doctor hoped that the choice I made was the right one, and honestly, I could not be happier! He has dealt with everything I’ve needed with care compassion and ease. I think my favorite part is that I can see him for any and everything and if I need to be referred to a specialist he takes care of that it’s just really nice to not have to see 15 different doctors! He is everything I need in one spot always availabl

Doctor Melo is the most incredible doctor I have ever had in my ENTIRE life!! He and Jessica truly care about the health and well-being of their patients. They have gone above and beyond numerous times to accommodate my needs. Weather it was calling my insurance company 20 times, same day appointments, Saturday appointments, 24/7 access to them. YES! I can literally text them and get a response in minutes!! The office is very private. There is also no wait time! I walk in and immediately Jessica takes me back. They schedule adequate time for me I’m NEVER rushed!! I was at a hard spot in my life when I first went into the office. I truly believe that Doc & Jessica Saved My Life. They offered me guidance and helped me achieve stability. I would recommend Solstice to anyone!!!

I’ve been in recovery for one a half years thanks to doctor Melo. I was still in denial right after treatment but he helped me get on track and didn’t give up on me. No doctor has ever done that for me.
