He was extremely dismissive of the second he walked in. The nurses were very rushed and seemed scared of him saying “Oh no if he sees we’re in here and still doing this...” “I hope he doesn’t come in...”. He then admitted he didn’t read any of my medical files that we sent electronically because it’s ‘too hard’. He didn’t read any of the tests his nurses had performed either. The whole time he was extremely arrogant and rude. He would ask a question (that would have been answered if he read my documents), interrupt while we answered, and then get mad at us for not remembering 2 year old information. He also prescribed a medicine I had already taken and had bad side effects to. When I mentioned I had the side effect of headaches, he said that wasn’t a side effect and I was probably just feeling something else. If you look up this medicine the first result for side effects is a headache. After our visit, another doctor who had been in the room for the appointment came and apologized for his behavior. He is amazing! I wish I could give him 10 stars! He did an EP study/ablation on our daughter. She loved him. He is so thorough and caring. A big thank you to Dr. Fish and all his team! We are forever grateful.

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Fish and his team at Vandy Childrens. We were treated kindly and professionally. Dr. Fish took an amazing amount of time with us to explain our son’s condition and a course of action and seemed to genuinely care for our son’s best interest. Dr. Fish explains all procedures very thoroughly. During the procedure we were called every hour or sooner and given updates. He is very qualified and Vanderbilt Children's hospital is an excellent facility. All nurses were excellent as well.

Dr. Fish and his team did a wonderful job with my catheter ablation procedure. As of now, the issue seems to be fixed. I am confident that I can go through life free of SVT episodes thanks to their expertise. I had some major requests on how I wanted the procedure done, and the team was professional about listening to my requests and taking my inquiries seriously. I especially want to praise the anesthesiologist, Heidi Smith, for going above and beyond and working with me to come up with a personalized anesthesia plan. Dr. Fish is an expert in this field, and there is no better person to handle your child's electrophysiology problems. I can absolutely recommend him and his entire staff. Our hero!

Took the time to discuss our concerns about diagnosis and procedure. Never felt rushed. Great interaction with my teenage daughter (who is very guarded about who she trusts and likes). She took right up to Dr. Fish immediately.

Dr. Fish and his team did a wonderful job with my catheter ablation procedure. As of now, the issue seems to be fixed. I am confident that I can go through life free of SVT episodes thanks to their expertise. Dr. Fish has completed 2 cardiac ablations on my daughter. While her having SVT is scary, so was her first time under anesthesia. But Dr Fish was very understanding and professional with us and made sure that we were comfortably with all that was going on. He is a very intelligent and caring Dr. We are lucky to have him at Vanderbilt.
